since when did hardcore bands (such as hatebreed or agnostic front) sound like this? personally, im not a big fan of the genre argument, because i listen to so many types of music its impossible to keep up with them all, and i love the bled very much, but this isnt hardcore. the issue with arguing genres over a band like the bled, everyone is right, and everyone is wrong. many many many influences and styles wrapped into 1 band.

The Bled has nothing to do with hardcore.. I love them as much as you do, but they're not a hardcore band, nor are they "REAL Hardcore". They bridge genres, sure.. but Hardcore isn't one of them.

i love how the Kosser d-bag compares this hardcore band to Moterhead.. who flat out blows.

Motorhead isn't heavy, they're like 50 year old dudes trying to play thrash and it's awful.

And for the recond.. like a page or so ago someone said " hardcore? sounds like screaming to me" wtf is that?!?! someone needs to learn something about music =P

Ha, no I'm not seventy. I'm 19 and have heard much harder stuff then this. Put this band up against Motorhead, The Exploited, or Against All Authority. Those are just band off the top of my head that would stomp this band in terms of both sound and attitude.

Maybe so, but The Bled are still an amazing and influential band. They have paved the way with thier music and attitude for meny sucsessful bands today. But then why am I sitting hear wasteing my time explaining this to you, I dought The Bled themselves give a fuck, so if you don't mind I'm gonns go ahead and keep banging my head to this tune every single time I hear it thanks.

The song is labelled as 'You Know Who's Seatbelt' b/c they were in legal trouble for calling it 'Dale Earnhardt's Seatbelt', which is the real name of the song. For anyone who doesn't know, Dale Earnhardt was a famous, perhaps the most famous, NASCAR driver, who died a few years back when his seatbelt broke n a wreck. The song deals with the public's love of tragedy, and "Dale Earnhardt's Seatbelt" is the real name of it.

I remember that! I went to pick up the album the day it was released it said, "You Know Who's Seatbelt" but the demo name was "Dale Earhardts Seatbelt" and i was like what the hell! I never knew why they changed it but i was guessing they had ran into some kind of trouble with Dale Earnhardts name on a track! but the bled is awesome and that new album is tight!

best breakdowns period, saw them at bamboozle a couple years back, they played a set in one of the bars but it filled up so they played another set at the end of the day on the stage outside, and the crowd was huge again, thats a dedicated band, making their fans happy, i saw both sets and both were insane
