I admire you. My eye was ruined in a childhood accident, but I managed to keep it, with a little sight, but very disfigured. It has ruined my self-image. I am always self conscious and averting my eyes.

It could be worse, I could have a disfiguration like a friend of mine who was shot by her husband. She was and still is beautiful. Though she is unrecognizable she has come a long way. She had over 20 plastic surgeries to even come close to how she was. She always has a positive attitude and never quits. So don't quit, keep smiling.
