Use better paper and thicker ink, so that the paper does not start to wrinkle and the ink does not get too thin (unless the paper becomes smoot again as soon as it's dried). Still, the ink should be thicker. You have a great talent, though.

Why not? As far as I get it, this is art made of the arabian alphabet. Probably not traditional arabic calligraphy, but freestyle. Still calligraphy, I think, but I cannot read the arabic alphabet. Anyway, it's beautiful.

P.S.: seems easy to make, but just try it at home.... very difficult. I have been struggling with western calligraphy for some time and it IS very difficult.

looks like a simple piece of wood, it's probably traditional...its very effective though, beautiful when the ink fades! Thanks for posting:)
