Just to clarify: When big cutting forces are involved (like when cutting metal,) everything in the machine acts like it is made of rubber, and flexes. This greatly reduces the ability of the tool to cleanly cut, since when the cutting tooth meets the metal, the mechanical loop that couples the part to the cutting tool (table, knee, column, ram, quill, spindle) flexes back and rubs the metal instead of holding it's ground and biting in and shearing out a chip of the metal it's trying to cut.

Can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean the whole structre has a bit of play that makes it inaccurate?

It mean deflection of column under cutting load. and it has a bit of play.
I'm using 750W servo motor for spindle.

6mm DOC? Thats a lot for suck a small mill. You should go with 1-2mm.
