Have you also considered that this was a great way to end it. Why bother with a 3rd season.

All good writers know that if something keeps going to long you run the risk of losing what made it so great. I'm sure more episodes would have been made if they were needed. But with an ending like that they quite obviously weren't.

To all Americans whom it concerns I just thought that if you want the DVD's of spaced and cant find a region free DVD player you can still play them on windows media player 11 which allows you to change the region instantly so as long as you have a dvd drive your ok.

I'm an american, and hands down agree this show needs to be left alone, and most definatley NOT remade.

It doesn't even spark a bit of interest for me, as I already know what it will turn out like if it does get remade.

I wish they'd just leave as it is. It's available here to all, and a couple douchebags trying to get rich is going to just kill the whole aura of what Spaced is.

I'm an American. too, and I agree it would be a disrespectful crime to remake it. I disagree, however, regarding the "available here to all" part. I have *never* seen it on TV here, and I've lived in NYC for 13 years. I found out about Spaced via YouTube after I saw and loved SOTD. Sad, isn't it?

I think the Hollywood network bigwigs c*ckblock us from being exposed to stellar shows like this so they can make shitty US versions.

Thanks a ton T1RS0 for posting. I've watched all 14 episodes (2 seasons) in over two days. I love this show, just wish season 3 was available. I hear everybody in the UK wishes the same thing. I will be going out and buying a region free DVD player, then ordering the UK DVDs since for whatever nobody has put Spaced out on North American DVDs. Thanks again for posting, British comedy is so much better than American...yet another reason I wish I could move to the UK.

I agree completely, we Americans, or our studio bosses, always mess up a good thing when bringing an English show over. Too bad they don't get if it was good enough to bring over, it doesn't need to be Americanized, just leave it as is. The only way Spaced could be good in the US is if HBO did it, HBO is the only one with the sense to hire the people, and get out of the way and let them do the job they hired them to do without getting in the middle. Thats why HBO shows are the best of US shows.
