um Well my first day went well i was hungry...lol i even had a dream about oreo's lol and i barely eat those as it is. But the headaches where horrible... but when I went to bed i woke up just fine... But i worked out for an hour yesterday (my first day) Best of luck to you... and congrats on your new diet!
