that car is leaving you like it has 150 shot of nitrous on it. I agree with "use2slam2" because i too owned a 97 lt1 auto bolt on camaro car, and would ALWAYS win any race with a stock ls1 to 95 mph then they began creeping up on me, believe it or not.

my 93 formula LT1 with 119,000 mi HAS beleive it or not beaten it's share of stock LS1. my LT1 has intake/exhaust, chip, 160

thermostat, empty cat. last win was against a stock 99 LS1. I'M 53 so i'm way past b;sing like some of you young bucks.

but a GOOD running LT1 IS a good match for a stock LS1.
