I notice that Sid has this uncanny ability to have great chemistry with his costars! I mean a lot of us love the pairing friendship with Garak, but he had a original good ol friendship pairing with miles as well! I love these 2 together, Bashir needed someone older, more experienced & grounded to keep him in reality & O'Brien needed someone younger, idealistic & adventurous to help him get unwound & just plain relax! They compliment each other!

Lovely vid. I really love their friendship! So sweet! And Julian Bashir is my absolute favourite character from DS9. But I am going crazy, cause I can't find the episode where they sort of first *become* friends. I am pretty sure I remember it had them getting drunk and singing? It seemed to be realistic as well. They drove each other crazy at times, but they loved one another anyway. That's the way pretty much every friendship is like.
