You can do anything in life you want to if you put your mind to it. Anything worth having is going to be hardwork, just don't give up. People will sometimes tell that you can't do that. One of the reasons for this is because they can't do it. So, never believe that, if you are ever told this.

Never satisfied that his best employees are doing their best. He wants more ,he wants them greater. He wears them out and rewards them little.
Motivation comes from a dream or a vision. Maybe even a gift or talent. Have faith and believe in what you are doing. If you fall get back up and stay motivated. You can do all things if you put your mind to it.
I find it really hard to identify with the ethos of success. I feel like my life has higher goals than succeeding in business. I also think this is a really exclusive philosophy because it is only ever meaningful to those with fancy white collar jobs.

well to everyone its different, so cant really be done, imho, happy is satisfied with ones life. and to me that means staying well out of the rat race. see it all the time, people set out with this grand vision of being happy and work their lives away, then all of a sudden they are 65 like "where the fuck did my life go?..."

yes yes, your right, its just i notice in life there are so many people that just go through life trying to get rich and be sucessful cos they think it will bring them hapiness, the majority never seem to get there and just keep striving till they realise what they have been doing their whole life by which time they are in their 60's and lifes just passed them by.
trying to find happiness in money never works - you find that in fullfilment - then if you can turn that into career that's great, money flows as side effect. Most people don't realize this as well and focus JUST on the money, which never brings the ultimate life fullfilment.
very true, i just find people have a very limited concept of fullfilment, one that involves simply having a well payed job and being "sucessful" career wise, my aspirations are so very different to that and i get fed up of people telling me im going to be worthless and amount to nothing in life just because i dont share their vision.
