If you strap c4 to your allies you won't kill them when you activate the explosive becuz of freindly fire takes 1/2 damage and if it's an enemy strap him, hide him then run away and let him frollic back to his friends :)

The way to strap c4 and other explosives is by grabbing sum 1 with cqc and having (insert bomb here) equipt and then aim as you would when holding hostage and shooting (L1 + R1) and you will strap explosives to the hostage :)
