I am just blown away by the Aladdin Gift Set! We had it here in the U.S., but I did not get the amazing gift set. Only the 2-Disc Special Edition.

I have all 3 aladdin movies althouh I don't know why disney made another aladdin movie and jafar is not in it I mean come on why even make a 3 if aladdins arch enemy is not in it

Wow totally missed this vid on my subscription page! That L shaped stand is very cool, never seen one like that before.

Something about Aladdin use to allways wierd me out when I was little. Im not sure what it was, maybe Jafar or the flying carpet, but I found it kinda freaky lol. Both of those sets are gorgeous btw.

Thanks yeah, I watched Aladdin for the first time in years with the kids I look after and it does have a freaky feel to it. Jafar and all the dark caves. It really impressed me visually though. When the carpets trying to escape from a cave the visuals were really trippy lol I was enjoying myself.

Cinderella was the only other Disney DVD to come in the Limited Edition sets. Disney always does a great job with their DVD releases.

That Aladdin box is nice, at least I had my Aladdin dvd with sleip case for £7 so it was a great offer but the box you have is lush. I still need Lion King but like you said they are expensive to get on eBay etc..

Aladdin 2 Disc with Slip case is a great bargain for £7!

I'm sure Lion King will come out of the vault again soon. Disney would be stupid not to, loads of people want it.

Never seen The Lion King and only ever watched Aladdin once... I'm not a big Disney fan actually so I can watch this vid without feeling as envious as usual. They are very nice boxsets though.

And yeah I'd like to see close-up vids of your limited editions - get on it girl! :)

I cannot wait for those LE videos! You're collection is EPIC! Do you organize your DVDs in sections? I've spent 3 days so far trying to arrange them. :( Right now I've settled with

a) television section, b) director's section, c) unwatched section, and d) the rest of my dvds, alphabetized. I wanted to display my favorite films, but it was SO hard to pick them out! I'm waiting for my new shelf to display LEs.

Arranging is a bugger! (lmao). I used to alphabatise but had to stop, it was impossible fitting in new DVDs! I tried genres...sort of gave up on that. Now its LE, Digi's, Steelbooks, Disney, Criterion, Slip Cases & Special Editions all in their own sections. I try to do directors too. Its so hard! lol

sweet! I love both those films! The Lion King is my all time fav. non-pixar-related Disney film. But really, up until the 2000's Disney didn't do any wrong imo. I want that LK set! Good update!

The only one hanging slightly off is The Dark Crystal. I think its pretty secure though and its held in by Edward Scissorhands lol. I do get nervous when people go near that shelf though!!
