A very fair comment!!! I do wedding videos for a living as seriously have not had much time to play with footage!! You are more than welcome to put a link here to your designs and footage..I'm sure they will be much appreciated!!!

Why don't you ever show any examples of kinds of shots (or audio as in the case of the blimp) for your rigs? I can design and build all kinds of DIY rigs - and have - but the quality of final shots make all the difference in the world. If these things really work I'd expect before and after to show how well.

Hi
By making the stand higher you will get more height overall but making the booms longer you will also get a bigger height range. Why not add extendable tubes inside the current ones so you can change the boom length whenever you want to???
