  • Dave Holland's career shouldnt be over he kicks ass!

  • @high8us Lets do Priest a favor and not mention him.

  • I am so picking this up when the opportunity presents itself. And I noticed that Dave Holland's photo has been omitted at the beginning too. Another two more years and he's out of jail too I believe. His career is over sad to say.

  • I was at the actual DVD recording show at Hard Rock in Florida. Was never a big fan of British Steel (The Rage was my favorite), though I realize how important this was for Priest commercially. The other songs of the tour (besides new album) were really cherished (Changes, Ripper, Diamonds, etc.) as I had not seen these live before. The times I saw Priest in the 80's, they were covering their newer material. (Screaming, Defenders, Destiny, Turbo.)

  • @c2jones I was also at this show. I had front row, center. Where were you at?

  • @ChristianDG111

Not front and center - lucky you. I was on the frontal balcony just to the right of stage. Did you notice all the musicians at this event? Members of Maiden and others were there. ( Saw them at Hooters just before went in.)

  • @c2jones The only musician I seen wan Nicko McBrain from Iron Maiden, he was sitting on the balcony to my left. But yeah, it was a great show!

  • @ChristianDG111

I also saw live the last tour of Ronnie James Dio (BankAtlantic Center) when he and former Sabbath members Heaven and Hell came through here. Never thought I would be hearing Ronnie, whom I knew as Elf in upstate New York State many years ago, for the last time live.

He was an icon and a true pioneer of the genre.

    He'll me surely missed.

  • @c2jones

I was at Both this Priest show at the HR and the Sabbath show you speak of at BA center. Both shows totally kicked ass!!! Looking back now I am soooo glad I was able to see Dio once more before his passing...Both these bands were and will always be a huge part of my life...

  • 2010 - Still Rockin'

  • fucking love ian hill, hes so cool just sits at the back looking puzzled

  • Judas priest ARE GODS no matter how long they have been playing for they will be my idols forever!!

  • My Favorite band of all time!

  • This was an awsome tour. I was lucky enough to see them in Dallas

  • LO QUIERO YA!!

  • Glenn is playing his classic guitars again!

  • Judas Priest... Why have you not toured this for Britain yet?! I'm hoping a tour for next year at least, otherwise, it'd make no sense.

  • Come to BRAZIL!!!!!!!

  • come to LA!!

  • GODS!!!!!! METAL GODS!!!!!!!

  • Hail the Gods!

  • In 1980, British Steel, together with Ace Of Spades by Motorhead and the first namesake album by Iron Maiden were the true beginning of heavy metal as we know it today.

Hail to the Metal Gods !!!

  • @Steelkarma - Yes, England. Engalnd spawned the first metal :P

  • @Steelkarma what about scorpions animal magnetism??Black sabbath heaven and hell?

  • @Steelkarma don't forget the chaging that happened in sabbath's "heaven and hell", the Blizzard of Ozz and how ac/dc got slower in back in black, and wheels of steel of saxon! the year of heavy metal!

  • @Steelkarma

Allthough Lemmy hates it when you call his music "Heavy Metal"

    Motorhead plays Rock n Roll.

  • @m1che1 You're absolutely right. But over the years Lemmy and his mates had a so great influence on all heavy metal bands that we can say that their contribute to the genre was fundamental. And the proof is that today they accept without problem to play in every metal festival.

But always with the legendary introduction: "we are Motorhead...we play rock'n'roll".

  • Stained Class was also killer!!

  • @high8us Good Album right there. I think they should play newer songs that they haven't Live more often nowadays!

  • oh yes! i love that Song \m/

  • @high8us yes

  • British Steel pushed Judas Priest to the top but it was really Unleashed in the East that got them the attention to let British Steel become the success that it was and also it defined what metal should sound like

  • British Steel rules, but I still say that Defenders & Painkiller are their ultimate best.

  • @skullvomit666 anything starting from British Steel onwards is their ultimate best. :)

  • JUDAS PRIEST!

    THE METAL GODS!!!!

  • this is why my user name is what it is.

  • Come to LA!

  • @RiseToOffend They were here a few months ago

  • British Steel The Born Of Heavy Metal

    come to el paso tx

    The Metal Gods Superb.

  • Saw you in Melbourne.. Awesome!

  • Come on guys, tour again!! \m/

  • please tour again

  • This album has really grown on me the last few years. Love it more than ever. Glad I got to see them on this tour. Now time for more Nostradamus!

  • @itsglen9646 Indeed, with this deeper, themed album, Priest took their creative artistry to new heights. Though I'm not personally moved by predictions of secluded French philosophers of the 1500's and all the gloom and doom content with this release, the scale of the musical material and the potency of the delivery reinforces that this timeless band is live and well. They're truly "delivering the goods" in the modern era.

  • awesome!

  • METAL GODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
