I would not be too concerned as long as the 'popping' isn't causing any pain. The sound is probably your femur ligament rolling over your bone as you externally rotate your hip. Try changing your range-of-motion slightly, either decreasing it or moving your leg in a different path. No pain though is usually no real concern.
i was wondering.....when doing the spidermans sometimes theres a poping sounding noise from hip......is that anything to worry about? and it jus on right side
