It's hard to hear the guitars actual sound when it is mic'd so bad.

What kind of mic are they using? It's 3 feet away from the guitar soundhole, too.

i own this guitar..i actually play it the most out of all my guitars, almost. i have a much better nylon string (taylor ns32ce) and i dont want it to get damaged so i play this one more cause its cheap (400 dollars).,.with good strings, and good technique it sounds great. now being much better i can make it sound good. but a beginner on this sounds terrible. so if you get this guitar dont be upset if it sounds shitty.

If think this sounds bad, I don't like you. Also, strings make all the difference in the world. try Blue Agustine guitar strings, they sound great on mine.

I actually prefer the tone and feel of classical guitars to steel guitars and I'm primarily an electric player.

The man is playing fast so you can't really tell HOW BAD the guitar sounds like, and it still sounds BAD. His rhythm is off too, so it's that much more annoying. There are salesmen and there are players..rarely are there both. I have a Washburn C80S, and it's good for the price once you play it in and find the right strings.

@UltimateDud actually I'm a beginner but own an acoustic guitar (I bought it because I didn't knew many things bout' guitars when i bought it) and now I realise what a mistake I've done.I can tell that classical guitar is better and easyer to learn and use!

this guitar sounds great for the money. the preamp sounds like crapola. saounds like a 70's ovation. baaarf. if they made one of these as just a basic classical it would be better. believe me its hard to find a good sounding classical. they are all different. dont tell me you can spend your way into a great sounding one. for under 3000.00 they are all the same. i have one ( all solid typical woods) that cost 1200 and I hate it. it sounds like shit

What an awful, awful demonstration. Bad technique, the timing of the piece was out, and the sound of the guitar was weak. Also, if that guitar is under £900/$1000, then I KNOW it isn't solid rosewood. It will be rosewood laminate; they forgot to mention that, eh.

I'm the same way, I've always played metal, and I just bought a classical recently. I've noticed classical and metal go really well together, Look at Opeths latest album watershed, or Luca turilli's guitar style. Plus they're just fun to play
