Whats up man? How do you really like your b-51,in say comparasion with the Mrod? I heard that "Big ED" is a master tuner with those. I havent made the leap into precharge yet, but Im definately on the ledge. BTW my new oldschool is here and I jusst put up a little teaser vid.

I don't charge anymore because I cannot do it consistently. But at my peak I averaged about $100/day and got paid up to $400/day.

is this gun completely stock or have you moded or tuned it? i thought you get like 80 shots per fill.i just got it i know nothing about pcps i havent even fired it yet.what pellets does it like best?what sort of grouping are you getting?

No..I measured it...it sounds like it because of how sensitive my camera's mic records....I have to assure you that it's actually quieter than what's recorded.

Hey you know if you fill it to the top pressure then the power curve rises to its optimum and then falls again, you probarbly know but there is a "sweet spot" in pressure where velocity and therefore power readings are pretty close along a tight group of shots.

thanks..yeah, I got the bell curve for the fill..I was hoping for LESS than 3000 fill..more like 2500 and get about 18 fpe...this thing will still need some tuning..it has potential for sure!

do you think thats a good gun for bird hunting? i mean is it accurate enough? will you get tired by standing and aiming or just walking with it? i am thinking of buying it...

Where legal...yeah..for the price, it's pretty good and accurate as well as powerful. I thought mine was less power tuned..but I just chronoed it and it was spitting 10.3gr JSBs at over 960..a bit too hot and the fill pressure was at full 3000 psi. I'm going to get a weaker hammer spring to lower it down to high 800s and get more shots and even more accurate.

It isn't this thing won't do 1080 fps at sea level..my camera on video mode has a very sensitive mic and it echos and I was alone at the range...but it does sound like a firearm.

to be honest, it isn't "that" loud...my digital camera is pretty sensitive with sound...if it was that loud as you may think, i would be wearing hearing protection....this wasn't loud to do that. My other guns ARE quieter.

This Rifle is a Precharged Pneumatic..PCP

Stores high pressure air, generally with the aid of a scuba tank because they can hold high pressures like 3000 psi. Bicycle pumps holds 150psi. Fill it and you get multiple shots before refilling again. The fill pressure on this particular rifle is about 2300psi
