I just had a baby she just turned 2 months today. I'm also so used to working out and am now trying to get back into it. I had a c-section my doctor told me it was ok to start working out again. So i started jogging I want to start doing crunches and sit-ups also, i dont know if that would be ok. joggings not so bad for me i'm just hesitating on doing any ab workouts. I also have bad stretch marks do those go away or at least get lighter and less visible as I get thinner?
Wow you look so good I envy u!! I jus turned 19 n I hav a 10 month old son I desperately wana lose d belly I stil hav I'm not fat bt not as thin as I'd like to b bt I hav a question if u ate boiled eggs all day did u get gassy??? N also if ANYONE knows I'm on d mirena iud birth control n it makes me super lazy n out of energy how can I overcome that???? Plz if anyone can help THNX
@xXcoNtReRasXx3 take it out, ur body is trying to tell you that its not healthy for you. Birth control stops the body from carrying out normal processes that should be taking place. take it out!!!
@xXcoNtReRasXx3@xXcoNtReRasXx3 No eggs didn’t make me gassy at all- beans don’t give me gas either. Food and sleep are the key elements for energy. Food is our fuel and sleep is our recharge. Belly fat is a party pooper. Best way to lose belly fat is by running or some type of cardio to burn the fat off- I view fat as fuel and I use that as a mental image while I’m doing cardio- I like to do 50 crunches before I start my cardio and afterwards
@slo1986 Belly wrap after birth 24/7 except showers (i recommend the one of brooke burke ) Green tea (detoxifies). Bosu ball or work out ball. Running. Breastfeeding (burns tons of calories! ). And a commitment to healthy food and lifestyle. Works wonders. Just had a baby and back to my pre-pregg weight now (its like nothing happened). Just follow my simple tips :]
Can you do a video demonstrating the crunches? What is a bosu ball? I have some reluctance about sit-ups because I started a regimen and it hurt my back. Then I read a lot including a NYT article about sit-ups being bad for your back. The ball may be a solution.
Just wondering if you were nursing at all? I lost the weight with my first child and I'm slowly losing it with my second (she's 2.5 months now). But I found the first time around that anytime I tried to push my exercise too hard or restrict my calories my milk supply was negatively affected.
u r such a inspiration for me... i also had my babay is almost 3 months and now i wana loose weight, but i have the scaitica pain so i just do intense wlaking and hope osi will be able to od running
@Russianchik89 Sit ups and crunches arent going to be enough, but cardio run, and an hour of tone up exercise- including dumbbell work out where you hold them to the side and lift arm up 90 degrees ten xs and 180 degrees 10 xs and do a set of 3. I think that would help you out tons. But start slow and allow body to get used to exercises. The more patient you are the faster youll see results.
@NellyChani0 maybe not ten times each, I do that and it just might be too much... I go extreme when I work out. maybe 3x's each. or whatever ur comfortable with.
@NellyChani0 I didnt have loose skin after having my baby, Id recommend going on a fish diet (its high on protein) and using lots of Palmers Coco Butter in a plastic jar because Protein and Vitamin E are two of the best ways in restoring our bodies
@Russianchik89 This might help out also it won't let me post the URL but it's on ehow and the article is called How to Tighten Loose Skin After Pregnancy By Nicole LaMarco

@16shorty21 Stretch marks are a form of scaring- vitamin E lotions may be helpful. When it comes to stretch marks I don’t know the answer.
