Basically, this is the American trailer for Part 4 with the Manga logo added at the beginning and the volume 1 boxart and release date added to the end.
@NeverKnowsBests Anime on Blu-Ray in the UK isn't very sustainable unfortunately. Only the American release is available on Blu-Ray - and that's as part of a DVD/BD combi-pack.
