  • I think you are wonderful. I too was in scientology for 35 years, your stories made me laugh...because I had the same type of stories. Beverley Howson

  • @bodega37

35 years is a long time. I bet your story is interesting. I hope you make some videos at some point.

  • Even the war on drugs... I mean think about iraq... We know now that the evidence they brought to the UN to get to iraq was not only not true, but they KNEW it was falsified. They went from 'expert' to 'expert' until they found one that would back up the information they were looking for. The government only trickles bits of its agenda out at a time, so the bigger picture they are working towards is never fully seen/proven.

  • Perfectly explained my friend. This video has honestly inspired me somewhat.

When you were going on about 'progressive beliefs' I realized how much it correlates with our eventual involvement in our War on Terror.

  • well It has to be said this guy is as real. coming from his perspective I feel he is honest in his account. I could get into a massive disscussion about scientology, as this guy could all day and more. Scientology has it's roots in the occult mainly from Aleister Crowley and others. There in entire Philosophy population manipulation look into symbolism from the book dianetics by the founder of this scam religion and find symbolism the same. it also inludes all masonic secret soceites. Pure Evil

  • Xenu is a warlord from outer space who Scientology claims tortured many of us as a means to control us. They claim at one point in our history we were thrown in to volcanoes and then bombed with hydrogen bombs, and then implanted with all kinds of false memories. By the way, For a few hundred thousand dollars Scientology will share more of this information with you. They also offer drug rehabilitation programs. Would you like to sign up?

  • whats this Xenu guy is? were you first heard of it?

  • Great points- if you've not already, check out anything by Robert B. Cialdini- an expert on the psychology of influence.

I'd agree that the cult induces a psychosis in it's followers- that's why it's very difficult to reason with them.

  • dude call me up we need to go auditing sometime man

  • so ur one?

  • great video thanks

  • Excellent video. Explains it really well. Glad you got out of the cult.

  • It is as if they induce a kind of delusional pyschosis. If you have ever tried to talk "reason" to someone who is suffering from psychotic delusions, you can see how impossible it is to try to break through to their capacity for logic. The delusion becomes an addictive fix.

  • I don't think it is "as if they induce a kind of delusional phychosis". After studying the cult for 20 years, I believe that this is exactly what the cult does to one.

The "adictive fix" is required to keep the mind-control in action.

  • Hello! Indeed a lot of people can't afford computer and internet stuff, especially in $cientology, where eveything (money and time) is sucked by the monster.

Maybe the pickets can have some effect inside don't you think?

The main effect Anonymous has however is on the public, the media and then the politicians.

Thank you for this video! :)

  • Well said.

  • Congratulations on your successful escape and thank-you for the valuable advice.

    Welcome back!

  • Thank you man for sharing this with us, you seem like a reasonable person, I can't wait to hear more from you!

    Peace

  • Thanks for sharing and for the information.

Could you share a bit about how you would go about creating doubt in a scientologist?

  • Great information...I feel like we have soo much information now, with the help of exmembers, and others!

There should be a way to approach the members that still don't know about the Xenu, in a light way!

I would like to know what ex-members think what is the correct approach.....?!Since you've been there you know there weakest point and you can argue stronger than any one that has never been inside...?!

  • Thanks for the encouragement. I think the best thing one can do when speaking to a Scientologist is to be friendly, but at the same time to ask hard hitting questions about the obvious contradictions you know of. Keep in mind they may not know everything you know if they are new members, or they may deny what you discovered about them, so bring books by ex-members, or a portable DVD player with ex-members who were high up in Scientology.

  • Thanks for talking about this subject. You're a brave man. Respect.

  • 5 stars! it amazes me that many anons also fight in the resistance w/o knowing exactly whats its all about. Many anons still think that members in there are taught early on about xenu & the body thetans they have to clear- b/s. Many members get out before they even realise it had that story to add to the main problem which was constant $ extortion & not giving the person the services they paid for & having to pay for security checks that the Cof$ benefits from. BTW which room are u in? lol.

  • Nicely done, thanks for your efforts.

  • Great video Iamitchey. You're very well spoken and able to put your points across calmly and effectively. Please make more!

  • Thank you for sharing your experiences with $cientology deception.Exposed again!

  • Nice to see you made it back. :)

  • Good video Indy. I think some of the protesters in the UK brought speakers with L ron's complete speeches (the ones that were leaked and downloaded about a month ago I think) they play his speeches in front of the center, talking about xenu, no Christ, and how to trick people into being audited.

  • the first stages of CoS, from what I've gathered... is a self-help group counseling making you tell truths and get things off your chest... it can make any depressed person feel better because they think others care about them there, so thats where they'll wanna be.So yes, they will seem very attractive if you wanna feel you belong to something.

  • Thanks cowboy for the excellent video! It does a great job of explaining to the general public how people get attracted to and ensnared by the cult.

Please post more!! You are well spoken and telegenic, would luv to see more!

Americans must unite to revoke the tax-exempt status of the malicious, morally corrupt cult of $cientology. Talk to your senators and representatives about this, especially Sen Charles Grassley.

  • cool thanks for the info, i bet you are going to get fair gamed like Gareth Cales. Just YouTube "Gareth Cales"

  • "Find their ruin... you have absolutely got to find it!" L. Ron Hubbard.

That's the premise of $cientology. First you find someone's "ruin" and then you EXPLOIT IT! Then you write it all down in files and use it to blackmail people if they ever want to leave.

  • win! Absolutely fucking win! You are so right on all points. Scientology suckers in the rubes, marks, and suckers, not telling them that eventually you'll be told you have to pay huge amounts of money to scrape off invisible murdered space aliens.

Intelligent, honest, educated, sane people can fall for _any_ fraud. Scientology doesn't have to rely just on the gullible morons among us, anyone can fall for a fraud.
