  • The fatal failure of every previous "progressive" or "antiwar" movement has been its dread of "dividing the movement" by "upsetting" the Zionist racists WITHIN IT: the PEOPLE among us who think they gain personally from official "Jewish" advantage in multi-ethnic Palestine. If the Occupy Movement fails to address OUR OWN worst oversight - failing to challenge the Zionist SWING-VOTE among us - it's nothing but a self-righteous demand for OUR SHARE OF THE CORPORATE LOOT.

  • Yet the very worst of it can't be blamed on corporations and is neatly overlooked, for that reason. The corporations have not stopped us from seeing that the forced creation of a "Jewish" state in Palestine is violent racism - as plain as it can get. The only reason that core issue of ethnic-cleansing has LED the decay of our society is that THE PEOPLE have not BOTHERED to OBJECT to FINANCING it, despite many wake-up efforts. This core of neglect is FURTHERED and WHITEWASHED in this statement.

  • AND HERE's MORE OF THE RETURN OF DOCTOR X,

  • Amen!

  • After 30 years of silence, change has finally come to this palid, weak world. I have spent all of my life with the same shit as our current situation, and finally something happens. We have movement at last. It's going to be a long struggle at best..

  • I am so fuckin' happy I subscribed to this channel. Great Video!

  • Nothing will ever change, the 1% addicted to profit and power will not let go. They don't give a shit about you or anything els, you have freedom of speech ? Freedom to speak about certain issues but not others, how do you call that ? A dictatureship ?

  • msnbc's biggest blunder: firing Keith Olbermann!

  • Most of this is just flat out lies based on conspiracy theories of fringe groups! They have no real clue whatsoever in how the world, the economy or life really works! We have done our children a great disservice--education has obviously failed them.

  • @healingteacher What conspiracy theories? The government is corrupted and only an idiot would fail to see that.

  • The thing I love the most is when The Conservatives realize that Credit has been marketed to us to the point of necessity, they don't blame the corporations for this kind of manipulation, they blame the people for getting suckered into this shit. I hate that.

Ya we should all be responsible and not live beyond our means. But when you can only make 8bucks an hour, how can you possibly live within those means? It is a fucking scam. Leaves you with only a few options usually involving crime.

  • I feel the only thing missing from this list is where drug companies give doctors nice bonus $ to over-prescribe all their patients on anti-depressives. When you are numb, you don't care about the things around you, like TV. That keeps people from voting by keeping people numb.

  • @tommygreatsouthern If you had listened to the words, not heard the words, you would know it was an official list of complaints from Occupy Wall Street NYC movement. How could have missed that? And Keith O. is the moron?

  • One more bit of clarification that I think needs to be addressed... The "top 1%" makes a good slogan, but it isn't the real problem. 1% is 1/100. It includes the guys who own the local stores and industrial parks in the town where you live.

The REAL problem, afaik, is the interlocking board directorships of the fortune 500, the top tier banks, the federal reserve, and bought and paid for congressional members.

    That is a few thousand at most. 3,000/300,000,000 = .001%, not 1%

  • I'm all for the end of fascist corporatism, but it sounded like some of the language in this statement was written by the unions that showed up late to the game.

Esp. the parts where it is talking about affirmative action, wages, health care, etc.

Not that better working conditions are bad, but maybe if we took away their ability to COIN MONEY we wouldn't have to work for them in the first place.

  • I'm from the UK and had barely heard about the protests before this video.

It sent chills down my spine - every word of it is true! It's like that speech off of V for Vendetta only it's real here and now.

I hope they succeed and aren't marred by violence...

  • VIVE LA REVOLUCION!!

  • End Corporatism RightNow....!

  • Liked, Fav'd, Featured... but, for me there was one thing that crossed the line.

I do believe education *should* be considered a basic human right within any advanced civilization. But to state that it IS a basic human right as a matter of fact? And then pretend that student loans (fully agreeable at the time of signing) now make the signer a 'HOSTAGE'? Common, this makes the protesters appear as caricatures of the spoiled liberal child demanding the newest gaming console as a human right.

  • Makes the USA look like a "Garden of Eden" as a society. Guess it's not the home of the brave or land of the free anymore.

  • occupy the shit out of those streets, let the republicans know they cannot keep favoring the rich at everyone elses expense. greedy bastards.

  • I'm from outer space. We watch these people speak out agains the tilted playing field. Life is 'out of balance' here. We admire them for starting to correct this. It will work. We had to do this here on Kqlag 23. Speak up and speak loud. Zorg

  • HEAR! HEAR!! Video makes many excellent, valid points!

  • is a hostile corporate take over democratic, fair or republican? is corporation more like a dictatorship or private closed kingdom?will the peoples voice or voices be heard?

  • CAPITALISM <---FAIL

  • wow I'm impressed!

  • Keith olbermann is a hero keep it up!!!!!.

  • Keith olbermenn is a gr

  • May the God's bless you Keith!!!!. :-)

  • Ok, no more banks or corporations, poof your wish is granted. Now what? Seriously to what systems do we turn now? Funny thing about human nature, once you learn something you cannot "unlearn" it. So how should society function without wealth? To what measure and median should earnings be equated and exchanged to fuel the needs and innovations of the US?

  • @JonOccamBluecollar Obviously, we need business and banking and markets and government and all sorts of organization to remain a civilized society BUT there has be an enforceable system of checks and balances with real world consequences for the kind of greed and exploitation we've seen destroying people's lives during the last 30+ years. I know we've been taught by the greed mongers to fear the word "regulation" when it comes to business, but that's what's required; and right now. Today,.

  • @FriedDaisy Oh i agree fully there's been much corruption and lined pockets on both sides of the isle. There's no question to me that centralized banking and our credit system is rife with greed, but the only regulation i hear being mouthed is "take it back". That is not the US, you do not seize the property of others simply because you are without, or you disagree with how their earnings were obtained. The proposed measures to balance the system are what i want to know.

  • @JonOccamBluecollar Just as corporations have insisted on legislation to place "caps" on the compensation victims of their negligence may receive in litigation, there needs to be legislation to "cap" the total compensation (all forms) any individual within a corporation (an entity so powerful it has the sociopath ability to effect the lives of too many NOT to be regulated by We The People) may receive so that unbridled corruption and greed are eliminated from our social equation.

  • @FriedDaisy So what you've just stated in a nutshell is that you believe the general public should have say on how much a company or corporation pays its employee's management and shareholders, to which said public has 0 liability or interest? Very ignorant. As for limiting lawsuits, we live in a country that awarded over a million dollars to a dullard that didn't know fresh coffee was hot. Seriously??

  • @JonOccamBluecollar We all know it's the corporations behind the "governmental movement" to bust up public sector unions so they can privatize & shave wages and all the corporate "talent" & CEOs will get bigger bonuses for their hard work exploiting the middle class who are so greedy they think they deserve houses & college for their kids & health insurance & money to retire on. If they think they have a right to interfere with our right to organize than we have a right to interfere with theirs.

  • @FriedDaisy What corporations provide your fire protection and police? You can't be that dilluted, not rationally. Public unions are double dippers, among other things, they have swelled the budgets of state and local governments to the brink of insolvency, ontop of that these unions have used per contract of employ wage garnisment to cycle "donations" from their members directly to Dem campaign coffers to recycle the whole process next election cycle for decades. Nothing to do with priv U's.

  • @JonOccamBluecollar The corporations were a rich man's union; but after 30+ years of bamboozling the public w/ their mind bending media, mindless entertainments & meaningless causes meant to distract from voters they were disenfranchising & elections they were buying & political pawns they were placing strategically throughout the political spectrum-- federal, state & otherwise-- they've evolved into something very different. They’ve become dangerous empires w/ more power than most countries

  • @JonOccamBluecollar These transnational empires (corporate states) are invading our country-- just as surely as any standing army--corrupting our Constitution & destroying our way of life their w/ devious contracts & complicated financial instruments of mass destruction & fixed market casinos & idiot making media which masks their war on the U.S.A behind Mexican drug lords & middle east sheep herders & people who say Mohamed, instead of Jesus and **GASP** unionized workers.

  • Beautifully said, succinct and articulate. *applause*

  • What else is there to be said? No one can claim ignorance anymore,

  • Ron Paul!

  • @MendingMedia Fuck him and the republicans, and the democrats.

  • @aikfanat AGREED!

  • It's all someone else's fault??? News flash folks. There were no complaints when things were good, only snouts in feed troughs. Every one is responsible in some way so everyone should share responsibility to fix the mess.

Now how is Whinny the Pooh gunna get his head out of the honey pot.

  • @Timnea1 People have been warning us about these issues for 60 years. You just haven't been paying attention.

  • @Timnea1 Oh, there's been complaints for centuries, I can assure you. And it's about time we start restructuring this country.

  • A-Fucking-men!

  • I cannot like or favorite this enough.

  • LoL - hey look - 1% dislike this video!

  • Amazingly well written; Amazingly well read.

  • Thanks for reading this aloud. Some think it's too long and unclear, but I disagree. I think it's a good length and the 22 "they have" statements cover a lot of important issues in a concise way.

  • Its all true and focused on financial issues and the power of the rich, but its too long, too many issues being pointed out at once. If this is from the general assembly, it needs to assemble for a little longer to focus further, 10 points is usually a good amount

Still, its well written and still generally focused on something you would think most people could agree on

Not that you have to agree with all of it people

So annoying that somebody finds one thing they dont like and bash everything

  • Ironically, Don't tread on me works better as a message for us 99ers than for the teabaggers.

  • They couldn't just put that on a picket sign? ;-)

All of those are very serious points that need addressed but they need to find a simpler message, or people on the right will continue to claim that they don't have one.

There are really too many people in this country that can't follow an idea that's more than a few words long.

  • Simply awesome. Long live the movement! We can't lose: there are millions of us.

  • Tell It! Beautifully communicated.

Of course, anything over 5 or 6 sentences will lose the attention of the mass of morons and sheep who comprise an all too large portion of our electorate. Would that the essential points could be edited down to a more effectively communicated abridged version.

And btw, I just can't help but contrast this to the embarrassment of racism, myopic focus, misspelled signs, and generally misplaced anger of the TeaBaggers.

  • So proud of the them. For once in my short life there is an aspect of my country I feel proud of. This reduced my mother too tears and convinced my very conservative father that the Occupy Wall St. movement is right. Do what you can too support them. Donate, spread the word, go to a solidarity event. This is going to be a long fight, but we will win it.

  • Thank God for people like Keith Olbermann who unlike Fox "News" know that the Occupy Wall Street protesters know what they're protesting.

  • Beautiful~ long live the protestors!

  • I LOVE the truth they say about the food system. Stop the monocultured crops = Soybeans and corn. Soybeans and Corn. Same old, same old. Diversify your diet. Jeez!!! Same damn thing everyday. It's like being in solitary confinement.

  • @Filmchica Same with the potato for those McFries. Rotate those crops!

  • Love how he said it without a slip :)

  • A wonderful indictment of capitalism/government cronyism. Our system of checks and balances is broken.

    POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!

  • Hear, hear!

  • @FixedNewsChannel I got goosebumps after hearing this.

  • that reverb, ha.

  • 18 youtubers to 1 troll. Awesome.

  • excellent upload.

it's good to get a focused message from the protesters.
