Why she did not took part of Presidential debate on US television?

The Commission on Presidential Debates did not invite her. The CPD set up rules which basically excludes all non Democratic and Republican candidates. The CPD is designed to silence the voice of third parties even if they are on enough ballots to win the election. They do this to ensure that a third party can't win.

We must create an alternative debate body that is capable of garnering major media attention.

Thanks from your answer. For me it was surprise that there are more than two parties in US congress. That is a big issue, if CPD is discriminating other parties, it is just plain wrong and it is distorting your elections.

There are 6 candidates for US President that are on the ballot in enough states to win the election. The CPD only includes the candidates from the Republican and Democratic Party. They've always done this. At least 2 of those candidates represent parties that have won many local elections. They exclude them because they do NOT want them to become viable national parties. Yes it is distorting the election!
