I really liked their music. What they needed was more promotion. We rarely saw much of them which is why they were so unheard of. They have a amazing vocals (I love SS501, but they have very weak vocals) ----< Many people agree with me. They shouldn't disband. I'll miss them/

DSP shouldn't let them disband, they need more promotion. i'm a big fan of ss501, but i have to say that AST1 have better vocals. I know AST1 can go further, just like ss501 did. they just need more time. TT^TT

@chicorie exactly. SS501 sound very weak live. Its the damn truth. I'm not saying they can't sing but they need more vocal training, while Ast'1 have amazing voices. I could see this group becoming a lot more popular after more promotions.

but that was the same thing for A'st1. check their performances (like dynamite)

i think dsp needs work on all of their groups with their stage voice strength... even kara + rainbow.

that may be one of the reasons why A'st1 didn't do very well. I think ss501 was able to bypass the problem because of less emphasizes on vocals back when they debuted... (or at least I think...)

His name is Tomo. He left the group and stated on the internet that he wanted to get a 'real job' and he seemed to have some kind of hatred for the industry. He said in his statement, that he wishes he would forget everything and never return to the industry. The group hasn't made an official statement saying they have disbanded. They stated on their site they have disbanded but no one is for sure because no one has come up with proof that they have. They have been keeping a low profile.

I know. DSP isn't good at promoting their artists. Their more focused on SS501 to be honest,. I only found out about Ast'1 because of a site I was looking at all the boybands that have debuted since shinhwa. Really? I really loved 1234 back, just because it reminded me of the back street boys. lol. I really liked their later songs. like no more. My fave so far. If only thwey would have more singles out. They have the ability to take over the industry, its just DSP's wont let them.

Yes it's true... I am so sad...! I was so shocked... I've read this in a comment on youtube... This is really unfortunate for them :( I couldn't believe it ! So i decided to seach if it was true and it is... It has been confirmed that Tomo is leaving the group, but the group disbandment is not official yet. The only information regarding this matter is located on Tomo's fansite and a entry written by leader of the group, Jungjin. Tomo explained the raison why he left the group in his diary...
