i got tht but i didnt do it a virus did it and when i start pc up and log in all i get is black screen and my documents pops up and i gotta get to things from there but when i click on taskbar it just loads doesnt pop up

plz i need help over £1000 worth of pc aint ganna to waste :( plzzzzzz help

@skully367 when i clicked on anything it just said access denied so took to a shop and they even had trouble gettin the virus off nearly had to whipe my hole pc -.-
