I just bought a mimic minnow thats a shad looking one with a red bottom. should i go hit a pond? the pond is around 12-15 feet deep. should i jig it along the bottom?

mimic minnows rule. I never hit a lake or pond without them. To my surprise, I found them in Wal Mart now!

Most deadly on my lake was the redish orange minnow with the spinner

the one at 2:20 the upper left in the package

these minnows work so well... i have awesome luck every year catching many fish.. if i dont have luck with other lures i will tie on one and catch fish all day long
