not a big honda/acura fan but the EM1 has always been my favorite. i remember when i was smaller in mid 1999 i went to a honda dealership with my parents cause they wanted a 2000 4dr civic and i remember seeing the EM1 inside the dealer and there was a display showing the honda badges in different colors like yellow, blue, silver, and of course red!

@OneManArmy4Life He shifted early...but yea its got short gearing (so will an SE-R Spec V). Personally I'd get the 99-00 Civic Si but if you are looking for similar power you can get a SVT Contour and hit 60 in 2nd. It won't have the same rev's though and reliability will generally be worse.

what alot of people dont realize is that when you go bigger than the stock exhaust diameter size on a stock engine you actually loose power, because of the increased back pressure. basically when your exhaust starts flowing it creates a suction to help the exhaust flow, when you increase the diameter its harder for the engine to keep the flow going so it increases back pressure, its like siphoning water with a hose. if this was a modded engine with more out put then its a whole other story

@X99SC a muffler is the part of the exhaust you see in this video. if you get a cat back exhaust system (like the greddy tic) then it'll replace everything behind the cat. that means it replaces the resonator, s-pipe, and muffler. muffler systems only replace the muffler.
