  • I came here from gounod's... I thought he has a perfect sure, and now I'm quite sure

    *envy*

  • Triple meter I hear 126 beats per minute.

  • What does Allegro mean? Do you know? About 120 to 168 okay? If you are a member of the Tea Party I know you don't know what it means.

  • @Flextones it means 'vivid', they're not really good translations for it, but something like 'vivid', lively would be about right

  • @Flextones The beats per minute varies widely, depending on whether the music is mostly in eighth notes, quarter notes, etc. But the word 'allegro' means 'happy' or 'cheerful', so any jaunty-sounding pace technically will do. Also, as a lover of tea, I am offended by your slur against convivial tea-drinkers everywhere.

  • The human voice is the most valuable intrument we have to make music. It's such a delight to listen tio him sound like a piece of music.

  • is it just me or does he look like Micheal on Lost?

  • anyone who hates on this is a retard

  • He is simply awesome!

  • lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i must admit this is how i love music. the notes and tones structured in beautiful patterns far outweighs my love of lyrics. adding a particularly gifted vocalist to vivaldi adds more depth to the music without disrupting it with lyrics.

  • This is an original version of him signing the parts with accompaniment by a few string instruments. Certainly not all the sounds you are hearing are coming from him but many are, including sounds of some of the strings. He is truly of of the most amazing jazz performers I have ever heard/seen. He must have one of the largest vocal ranges around and to say his pitch is not perfect means your ears can't tell pitch.

  • Incredible!! just Incredible!!

  • Amazing !!!

  • Pleas tell me how this song is called in Orignial Version. It is just amazing and i can´t believe that he is making the whole sound just with his mouth.

    God must be out there.

  • @TubaGott45 Vivaldi - Double Cello Concerto in G Minor RV531 -Mov. 3/3 Here's a link:

    watch?v=r2VpZi1uaBo

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Aaaaw...Real Music!

  • @bronco98765 I agree, he is adding nothing to the music, and the tone quality leaves a lot to be desired. There's a reason Baroque composers didn't have baritones singing these parts.

  • @CaramelMarshmallow You probably need more ear training. Your judgement leaves a lot to be desired.

  • @cecilcello Such as? Sure, his pitch control is great, but besides that I don't think he's anything special.

  • @CaramelMarshmallow other than naturally able to tune in and produce something he feels rather than was taught over many years? Oh and his pitch is perfect...you need to lose the word control when you talk about this man

  • @SapphireM Are you referring to improvisation? Because every professional musician can improvise.

  • What is the name of the Vivaldi piece?

  • @joenewman1981 I think it's the concerto for two cellos

  • Poor guy!!, hahaha

  • Notice only 1 negative comment from an ignorant person? Bobby McFerrin not only has perfect pitch but a perfect voice with a wide range. Absolutely awesome.

  • this man is me hero.

  • is this classical music for peter griffin?

  • amazing! he takes classical to a new level

  • amazing

  • Bobby is from another world!! after making him god broke the mold. ....may he live forever with his magic voice

  • @CxC2007 Small minded. The man is brilliant. He has done more to inspire kids to get involved with classical music than just about anyone in the past 50 years by breaking down the perceived barriers of "intellectual" music forms. Open your mind, and your ears.

  • @violamama1- Me too. The man is absolutely brilliant

  • @CxC2007 if you had half a brain, you'd probably get that the voice can be a musical just as well.

  • @CxC2007 What's so funny? He's only singing...

  • Comment removed

  • In this CD, McFerrin is the Conductor

  • I simply adore him!

  • i could not hear this enough.

    bobby, you r the brains.

  • nice

  • simply WOW AWESOME and utterly SUBLIME

  • Neat
