Those who "love his voice and 'hate' hers" are just WAY off the mark! Charlotte Church and Josh Groban BOTH have voices that are not just "talent", they are GIFTS! One doesn't "develop" such a voice...you're either BORN with it, or you're not!

What I think would be fantastic would be if they would do an album TOGETHER, as their voices blend and harmonize incredibly well!!!

But I hate the fact that he closes off his sound and keeps it in the back of his throat when he should be letting it out. It can soar, like it begins to here!
