There has never been another band that sounds quite like EIG...and that is an impressive accomplishment. How enormous fanfare has so long eluded them is pretty perplexing.

Photographs As Memories, one of the best debut albums of all time, is definitely the best EiG album. The songs have more urgency, bates;s voice is superb, with an edge throughout.

Go buy (if you can find it anywhere).

Good Gawd! I loved this band, what a voice!! First heard of them from a freebie Cherry red LP! Used to sing along to Rust Red September at the top of my voice! No Perfect Stranger is a beautiful song! I wish there were more of these videos!! The world def needs more Eyeless in Gaza...excellent!

the song "Stay" is exist on their album "Orange Ice & Wax Crayons (Unissued songs and pieces 81-85, Sept 1992) " that is the best album of EIG so far...
