  • thumbs up for the part where the horns come in and are actually holding a somewhat par with the line....

  • Duh, winning!

  • kinda sounds like bluecoats 09 at the beggining

  • I like the band tuning in the background. It adds some cool ethereal thing to the piece.

  • Imagine if they were playing with the PEARL drums from this year (and we had a better quality camera D:<)

  • 03 was an amazing year

  • i just came...

  • wow thanks for posting this video. i hadnt seen this in 7 years. oh, if your facing the snare line, i'm the third from the left. :)

  • at 1:57.....the horns do this chord and then the basses come in with this phat run......beautiful......if u listen, tha basses blend so well with that chord

  • i know right there are fast and verrryyy clean

  • man i would love to be part of this eventually

  • they do kickass but the snares sound so dry

  • o gosh they so tite

  • the drumline gives me a rush everytime i enter the field

  • oh

    my

    gosh

    that was SICK!!!

    they are amazing!

  • bass*

  • wow their base line sounds amazing. and the snares are so crisp and together. its basically perfect.

  • lol, no camera time for basses, even during their feature

  • nice horn warm ups in the background...lol

  • too controlled...this is one of the greatest written solos BD has ever done...im taking this and watering it down for my drumline

  • One of the many powers of the blue devils of DUKE!!!!!!!!!!

  • actually im pretty sure these are different blue devils. the blue devils is a drum corps. one of the best in the country actually. lol.

  • haha really? i never knew that.

    /sarcasm.

its bd. this is their 2003 show. check it out.

    sweet drumline book that year.

  • They have absolutely no affiliation with the University of Duke. They are an independent drum and bugle corps. that marches in DCI, and are based out of Concord, California - the opposite coast of the nation. The Blue Devils > Duke Marching Band. Big difference

  • really big difference

  • this was a good show i love the solo

  • Amazing...

  • They look weird, other than that pretty sweet

  • camera=confusion

  • They feel too controled, a little more chaos would have mad it a 5.
