Okay, I see your point, but that still doesn't make me stupid. I just gave my opinion.

1) Because skin colour has no effect your cognitive, emotional, social ect ability, although it can effect socialality depending on where you are.

2) Because over indulgance of the sun (witch it the most widely accepted version of what it means) can cause damaging sun burn and skin cancer.

If you (anyone) is just okay about there skin (as long as it is healthy) it helps get rid of racism.
