btw are you swallowing saliva at 55 secs half time? When I try to sleep I have dreams straight away in my power nap. But the weird thing is my dreams are terror nightmares my heartbeat races too fast, i wake up, im still shaking & have to urinate & then find it hard to sleep after that.
