If you have something liek Limewire you can download videos and then upload them to Movie Maker, and from there you can use the clips from the videos. To get rid of any sound they might have (for XP) you just right click on the little sound bit below the clip and click "mute" (For Vista) you select the clip and click on "video" on the toolbar at the top, then click "audio" then "mute" my instructions might be little off I haven't worked with movie maker in a little bit.
