  • Ladies, her look is totally achievable. I'd put her down at 19 % BF whereas someone like Zuzanna of Bodyrock is at 14-15%. 19 % you still get to enjoy wine and treats but eat healthy 80% of the time, 14-15%--did you see Zuz's portions?! Also for those who go on on about how sports bra and shorts is not sexed up, true it isn't when you wear it and shoot a serious exercise vid like this one. she has a perfectly fit body but you can tell the vid is all about fitness. KUDOS.

  • i had no weights and couldn't find heavy soup cans, so i just did these with a bottle of smirnoff in my left and a bottle of havana club in my right.... very weird sight.

  • I found this to be very easy to do...Thank You! Not like other exercise videos where it seems nearly impossible to begin any of the beginners exercise. So, Thank you again Tammy...I plan to do this every other day.

  • I've been doing this exercises for 4 weeks now and the results are amazing!

    I'm using 3 pound weights and yes, at the begining it hurt like hell but now I can barely notice the extra weight

  • @Convantol she took breaks u can tell because the camera doesnt flow theres breaks in between. just cause u cant see her doesnt mean she didnt drink water. its very important to stay hydrated :)

  • For weights, just take two 0.5 liters bottles and fill them with water, sand, rocks - depends on how heavy you want them to be.

  • Be careful with the soup cans. My mom read in a magazine to use soup cans in place of weights...but soup cans don't have handles (she was using the big soup cans) and she dropped one on her foot and it was painful enough to send her to the emergency room!

  • first i want to start by saying i love all your workouts but ive been meaning to ask. are you on any diet plans to increase your ability to get fit or do you eat regular? beacause i feel i shouldnt eat regular:/ i eat alot of junk lol im 17 BThway.

  • @pocahontas7994 exercising only works to a certain extent in order to be fully sastified you need a healthy diet so trying to cut off the junk a bit will help :)

I eat no junk food whats so ever. but what I try to do is I eat litel meals. or snakx what ever you wanna call them. like yourgurts, apples, rice cakes are good too. and lots of water is good tooo. But I know it's hard. I mean I don't eat junk food but i could eat a whole jar of peanut butter to my self. LOL. Take care.

  • I like this, but you need to be more clear on how to execute the workout position. Other than that, it was good and my friend and I watched a couple of your work out videos.

  • exercises are great first time around but the explanations are a bit too long, i actually have to fwd through them. you might consider shortening the videos or advise the viewer to continue working on last movement as you explain the next

  • You American people dont get out a lot i think? These exercises are basic. Here in Europe Holland we walk allot and we ride our bicycles so you already get the basic training. Are you going to do exercises for people with overweight and lower and upper back problems? My English is not verry well i hope you understand me correct.

    i think you can make the exercise much more often than just 10 times, you know? but when you have few time a day, these exercises are really good. i make all exercise every day and it tooks me about 30 minutes. but i have trained my whole body, just a little bit, but better than nothing.

  • I made a mini-workout of these little exercises. Atleast I thought it was mini. I used to be sportive so I decided to get back in shape. Im burnign up after a few of these 5 minute workouts. Great stuff!

  • @skylaraddiict Improving the muscle tone of your chest will give it more lift. The improved posture will also give the appearance of a larger chest.

  • Look at all the juvenile comments here! I like your workouts Tammy but I don't care for the time in-between where it flashes a picture and the number of the next exercise. Too much time just standing there waiting. I think there is a slight lack of flow and too much time repeating yourself regarding the weights and water, and such. I know it must be difficult with these 6 or 7 minute segments, but I"m just offering this from a viewers standpoint.

  • Here is one of the most basic tips I can give:

    Do your exercises correctly and eat right.

    Any exersise/activity who gets your heartrate up for period is a good way to make your body tired so it will use the fat reserves as an energy resource or even rebuilding your musles alittle.

    You can ask if you need more details. as it is 500 charcter limit here

  • The exercises for fat loss can even be intensive weight lifting, and cardio -- Jogging, jump rope - etc.

    For fat loss: Do exercises who gets your heartrate up.

    Remember to eat often. 'should be healthy food

    Eating often is uppering the burning process, also it is making sure for that your body is getting enough nutrition, so it don't have to store any new fat reserves. Instead will the be used as energy for your body. That's why you're getting a 'energy boost' when starting working out

  • Just don't harm your body with eating less. Love your body, eat healthy and give it the nutrition it needs Trust me, you don't wanna be on a diet for the rest of your life, you will for sure loose extreme weight when dieting. But often so is that weight also loss of muscle mass. from Kristian in Norway

    You amaze me more and more everyday. I have had problems for a very long time, constantly losing and gaining weight in such a short period of time. I would just like to say that your videos are awesome. I binge on junk, and then when i notice the weight being higher than usual, i normally jump right to your videos. I lost about 5 pounds in less than a week. Your videos are perfect, and i love it when you count because it feels like your a personal trainer, it keeps me going!

  • I'm loving these work outs. I of course go through the routine 3 times and usually pick 2 videos so I'm targeting all of my upper body one day and my lower body the next. I get that great sore feeling the next day. I have bad knees and ankles so doing these strength excersizes with Tammy has felt very encouraging.

    Only crit....relax a smidge more on camera Tammy lol. You look like you're trying hard to "seem" comfortable. :-)

  • I commented on another one of Tammy's videos... Just wanted to add that it would be great if she would talk about breating techniques. Many people don't know when to inhale/exhale when lifting weights. Also there should be a disclaimer stating that these are only for healthy individuals and that you should consult a healthcare professional before taking part in any of these, especially if you suffer from one or more injuries. Just an idea.

    Will this front raisers increase the breast ?

  • Front raises are an exercise for Shoulders and you use alittle of your back too , but it will not have anything to do with your Chest , so you'll be okay
