Thanks so much for sharing this. You've done a beautiful job! Also, yes, I am someone who has lost someone I love - my older brother Jim who passed away last January after doing his best to live with emphysema for the previous ten years. He was only 55yrs. old.

It's funny that I used to always think of him when I heard this song before he died, but never did afterward until just now. It is nice to hear it and think about how he is no longer having to fight for every breath.

I know singing songs like this helps me. I've heard it said, when we think about deceased loved one, or a song reminds us of them, they are with us momentarily. Thank you for listening so intently...and mentioning the emotion..Every song that I sing, I have a picture in my mind of a person, or circumstance--When I sing this song, I am picturing my only sister... one that is alive, but gone to me--I am sad when I sing it and I find it interesting, that you picked up on that-- because it takes someone, that sings from their heart, to recognize another.
