Sonic booms would come from thrusters of combustive engines, which would be a good reason of why it would be moving so fast. No combustive engines would ever be going that fast, saying there would be no sonic boom to hear. They wouldn't have to obey the physical properties of gravity.

The movement of the camera makes this appear to be fake to me. The camera is aimed so that the man in the deckchair is more or less in the centre, then the camera moves to the right and the "ufo" is seen to flah by, then the camera moves back to centre on the man at the end of the clip. This could've been done so that a wider piece of sky was visible in which to add the "ufo" easily.
