This is real, I watched this on live tv, also if this is from a sim as you assume, why is it that there are pictures of the gear in the shop which tie in perfectly to the situation. @VegasSledge629 That runway is at least 2 miles long, probably longer, and if you look at the beginning you can see the right side engine and right front window. In the end you cant see any of that, so the angle definitely changes. Also you can hear its being filmed from a helicopter that can move like a track. Not to mention no sim, not even pure eye candy fsx has buildings, cars, and roads that look that real. I'm not saying its real for sure, but thats the way I would lean.
