@anonymosh There's no shame in it. Lots of couples struggle to conceive. Asking you doctor is really the best way to go.

@anonymosh have you had any luck in the past year? you should look into how the diet effects fertility. most processed food contains GMO ingredients, no human testing done. but there have been tests done on lab rats which showed reduced fertility in rats that ate GMO soy. conveniently enough soy is in almost every processed/packaged food item.

i have a solution. look up "liferegenerator" on youtube. the raw food diet can regenerate your health and im sure it can help you and your partner

@anonymosh also vaccines have been linked to infertility, abstain from yearly flu shots. people are susceptible to disease because they have a weak immune system from lack of nutrition and exercise. if you go on a raw food diet your body will be able to detox all the toxic chemicals that have built up inside your body
