I made a fan one too except I edited together most of the cut-scenes and some other stuff to tell it as a sort of film.

Total running time came to 2 hour & 35 minutes.

From THERE it gets increasingly confusing. Don't think too much into the plot outside of face value until you've beaten the game. From there, try to makes sense of it SLOWLY. In chunks. Possibly while taking notes.

At 6.50... doesn´t Garcian seem a bit weird just after he have "spoken" to Iwazarus? Like he was in a sort of trance... I saw that for a brief moment and thought he did. Maybe he does go into a trance each time... since he´s the medium? It´s just a little detail, but pretty weird though.

@omegaevolution I'm fairly certain it's how Garcian's friend and agent contacts him to conduct business. Notice that whenever he's on the voice mail, they meet the very next cutscene. It's their way of communicating business without making anything look too conspicuous.

@emJeienn If you listen carefully, it's not the Republican party he calls under the guise of: it's the REPUBLIC party, or in real-life parlance, the Libertarian party. If you read 'HAND-IN-KILLER 7' from Capcom themselves and the Killer 7 plot analysis by James Clinton Howell, it'll shed a ton of light on the political message running through the game, namely the conflict between the East and West, as personified by Harman and Kun Lan.

@TheShogunMan I perceived it as being a coded message for the Killer7's newest assignment. You know, if someone was calling you to kill someone, they wouldn't exactly want to leave a recorded message of themselves saying, "I want you to smoke the fool down on Harvard Street. The money will be wired to you once the job gets done." I would presume that the voice on the recording is the guy that Garcian talks to in the car, but I'm not sure of that either.
