The first logo wouldn't scale well since it uses a bitmap image in the background. Kinda defeats the whole reason for using vector tools.

@adamkolson Nah, it's a vector. It's live traced. However you're right in the fact it won't scale well. You can't read a thing because the font is too tightly spaced.
