does it hurn under the knee cap? if so u have a very comon symptom that lots of young freerunners or atheleting people get called Runners Knee, just rest and rest... takes time and is boring, but not much to do realy. and go se a doctor, hard to give a acurate diagnosis over youtube lol :P
I love this exercise, often called the "bulgarian" split-squat. Have you ever tried doing this with dumbbells? I know all your exercises are bodyweight ones, but since doing weighted squats, my jumping height has improved.

Jumpers knee, its true name is Patellar tendinopathy and you've given a very accurate dianosis
