I'm not a fan of the Alto bulbs and yeah I'm aware of the instant start.. but then again in the main room we have about 100 light fixtures and I only had to replace I think it was 20 tubes in a 5 year span so that's pretty decent to me..
Well, you replaced the rapid start ballasts... but I was gonna say that the
last problem that occured... was because
you used phillips T12. Usually, they don't contain enough mercury to get them started most of the time... and the electrode "shield guard" doesn't really help anything. That's why I never by phillips bulbs... and also keep in mind that electronic ballasts fry the electrodes... so the bulbs may not last as long as most rapid start bulbs. lol
LOL you should have a panel in the middle holding the wires in, Those t8 4100k's can get a little hot.
