  • I really wonder how Arnold would have done as strongman when in his prime.

  • a bit lighter in the 75 olympia i think he looked his best, legs were a lot more slender but still as muscular

  • Arnold was always great!!!, but must say he looks really great in regard of his upper body in the film of the end of the 60's. Then in the 1970-72 he really shows an awsome improve in his muscle legs. I guess than while been masive, yet well shaped and with definition, is a matter of balance between upper and lower body muscularity. The legs, even if not always receive the atention of arms, shouders, chest, etc, they really give the edge to a great body. Bravo Arnold!!!

  • steroidsftw(dot)com if you're looking for real and legit gear ;)

  • I've always felt that 1975 was Arnold's best looking year...

  • Arnold of the 70s was amazing! he always looked best untan and no oil.

  • Hey, you stroking bologna (Farshit)! We had all thought you were going to delete your main account, in which you said so yesterday. What happened? Did you lie again? Jesus. What compulsive liar and a fake. Take a vacation you little prick--go visit your neighbors at the village with the straw huts and wearing nothing but a turbans around their genitials.

  • Arnold the greatest body builder ever

  • Google Neilp77 to see a pic of this streak of piss -- a racist British fuckwit who brags about having a black belt in karate and driving sports cars, yeah right! Go fuck yourself karate cunt, chop chop to mum and suckle her nippy. Haha :D This moron told fairy tales of owning gyms in New York, met and trained with bb legends of the 70 & 80's while they were at in their prime! But he was exposed a long time ago, and can be found on flirtbox.uk along with his boyfriend PeterTheFudgepacker. =))

  • @Farshad86 Ah, I'm having good time here in the States ready for my country to annilate your third world wasteland. It's going to be glorious! HeeHee. "A British Fuckwit?" Hahaha! Wrong nationality, wrong country, wrong everytime! Too funny. Keep going, you stupid Iranian. I never said I owned gyms in New York or trained with legends either. Show us proof, Dumbass! HeeHee, you're sooo funny.

  • I always fart your way when i'm interested about your ignorant kindergarten-like thoughts regarding bodybuilding. :D Poor little Neil, just a skinny 34 y/o wanker living in his mothers basement. Your mind must be mush due to all the damp down there, perhaps that the reason you lie so much! Your brain has turned into a quagmire, hence lying and fatasizing comes naturally to you! Now crawl back to your little love dove -- fake Peter has a good fudgepacking in store for you! LMAO

  • @Farshad86 You're so low you resort to stealing my insults you inbred cunt. Jesus. Yeah, you fart alright--and that's about the only thing you're able to do besides getting up from the neighborhood outhouse to take a dump--in which is the only workout you've ever done. Squeeze your Iranian self back into your mother's ass and stay there. You offer nothing. What a fake.

  • Look who reared his ugly head, if it isn't the fake skinny Neil who claimed to have competed in bb, and is now a former bodybuilder in his 50's (how's that prostate coming along dullard) LMAO! I hear you're not getting out too much, you've been spending your miserable life on YT, every single day, for the past 4 years typing drivels like a donkey on LSD! :D You don't know what training is, you've never been near a gym, much less touched a barbell :) Your grey matters is qualitative worm food! :)

  • @Farshad86 Hahaha! There he is folks, Youtube's greatest fake, in person and on this upload! How nice. Never touch a weight nor type anything interesting the whole time on youtube. Your channel is nothing but dream stealing pictures from a fat nobody with multiple channels. You are what you are--which is nothing. You're like laxative Farshit, you irrate the crap out of people. Go stand in the street and fall down, so the the nearest vehicle can run your Iranian ass over. Hahahaha!

  • Arnold the greatest body builder ever

  • Ah Farshad86, and many more of his fake accounts again. The stupid indiviual with fake pictures of himself and actually has the audacity to claim that he's actually worked out. He's nothing but skinny little baby that crawled out of his mother's ass and has a real account on another network: Just Google " Farshad86" and look at "Plenty of Fish" dating network. Lol! Here, witness the true Farshad86 and all of his glory! Hahahaha! Nice tie, buddy.

  • King of Kings! :)

  • Hats off to the AustrianOak from his biggest fan for 30 years, the persianOak! :)

  • @neilp77 Man some nasty angry comments, are you 12 body? your attitude and BB knowledge do prove 12!LOL...

  • @PersianOak LOL...

  • I have to admit Arnold is just Awsome! :)

  • @PersianOak I have to admit that Arnold is overrated. ;)

  • I have to admit your comment is shit Arnold is way underrated he is the best u idiot

  • @thenaturalkrod007 You mean overrated? Jesus kid, If you really want to know about mistakes, you should ask your parents, okay? Your comments are all the same: "Arnold is the greatest" over and over again. Pure repetitve shit, you colon cannonball. Looks like something from a broken record.

  • ya ule hear it over and over and people will hear it long after your dead Ile say it again Arnold the greatest body builder ever no question ha ha

  • @thenaturalkrod007 "ya ule?" Wow! You type like two year old on crystal meth, kid. Are you always this stupid, or does it come naturally. Too dumb to be believed. You are one of those people who would be enormously improved by jumping off a cliff.

  • I was bodybulder like Arnold... Then i took an arrow in my biceps.

  • well done!

  • @neilp77 you dont like Arnold! ok no problem , so why do you care how good he was or how much his weight was!? LOL..actually no one cares what you think, you are so angry that maybe you should organize your own fake contest be the fake judge and award fake olympia trophies to your favorite BB! dont worry about facts or contest results or real judges, cause according to you they are all blind or bought! LOL.. :)

  • @PersianOak Couldn't have said it better myself :) I think Arnold is renting a pretty big space inside Bi-polar boy's (Nil Penis) head. Little Neil with the 10 inch arms! LOL

  • @Farshad86 weak and intimidated!, Just a loser hiding behind Youtube! Lol...

  • @Farshad86 I dont think the depleated twins like you much!?, they think we are the same person! man their logic is as blind as their uninformed love affair with the Sergio! I dont think they like anybody that has correct/factual BB knowledge! they just think by repeating rumors and lies they can get the younger people to think all BB world was against sergio, thats why he lost all those contests!? they should be wrestling fans, more fake stuff for them to spread and enjoy! LOL...

  • @PersianOak Well they are wrong.

  • @Farshad86 :)

  • Anyone else come to here to watch the vid, then got side tracked and scavenged for all @matthewrobertsuter's comments and @steroidsR4fantastic?

  • Sorry I meant ABC's wide world of sports :)

  • i used to like that dick in his sky blue trunks!

  • I think he looks the most healthy at the very first shot of the clip. The younger Arnold.

    NNARGH!!

  • 1973 mr O measurements: 6' 1.5" 249lbs. 22.5" arms, 29" legs, 20" calves, and 57" chest

  • Arnold at his prime 1970-1974. 1973 was his biggest 250lbs.

  • thank god for arnie!

  • Arnold Schwarzenegger --> The King of King's Bodybuilders *___*

  • 1:44 i see on him chest Cobra ;D

  • steroids make it possible...

  • Truly a hero of the sport and a legend. Great VID!!!

  • middle picture is him at his best.Even a big guy like arnold was aesthetic unlike today when they all have turnip thighs and huge glutes made worse by the glorified g strings they wear

  • Amazing Video GJ!!!

  • God dang....i want some steroids bad now. I've been busting ass in the gym like a sucker eating the shit out of protein and sleeping my ass off, lifting big lifting a lot, but It simply impossible to build an amazing physique without some juice.

  • @VikingII If you decide to get on the juice, remember that your gains will only be temporary. Once you get off of it, you´ll lose whatever gains you made on the cycle. However, if you decide not to take anything, and maybe change your training even more and workout even harder. Be very careful cos that could be more dangerous than taking steroids. Overtraining is a pain in the butt, and it can take years to come back from it. Whatever you do, study hard and good luck.

  • RESPECT for the greatest ever

  • 1973-1974 best shape evah

  • just the younger the easier it is to grow. in '75, Arnold madean ideal proportion misrepresented the number and drawing. in '80 were seen but not the power - but the expense of the idols after the movie (Pumping Iron), he scored. and in my opinion vserovno he was the krasivoya proportions. In today's bullies just sticks out his belly)

  • Да, супер, но в 23 на все 30

  • arnold's body weight was 250 pounds at the 1970 Mr.Universe and 240 at the 1974 Mr. Olymipia.I can prove that ..:) I have found a picture from a document at these years..Thats the end of the argument..:)

  • @spooky78 he was bigger in 1974 than 70 he was at his best in 1980 you dont know anything about bodybuilding little boy

  • @kingdaleclarke dont say to me little boy you fucking idiot..ok..understand..YOU DONT know anything you son of a bitch..

  • @spooky78 wow hahaha your tough behind a computer screen me getting scared now

  • did he like workout? seems kinda strong

  • Its amazing how much people care what others do with their bodies. Steroids aren't the magic muscle addative. It still takes massive amounts of hours in the gym, dedication, and proper dieting. And hey guess what, there are TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF Bodybuilding... natural and performance enhancing. So all you guys hating on steroid use and meanwhile voting for the legalization of marijuana and other drugs that actually wreak your life, lay off cause you aint SHIT WITHOUT YOUR INTERNET MUSCLES!!!

  • Tactical mute inbound.

Sorry i had to. I fucking hate this song

  • He was not 225 in 1975 he was 235 according to articles that i read. In 1980 he topped at 232

  • He looked the most massive in the guest posing in 74. To my understanding he was in off season there, so not as sharp or peaked. The footaage here does make him look better in 75, but I've heard from people who followed the sport closely in the 70's that he looked the best and most massive in 73 and 74.

Unfortunately there seems to be almost no footage of him in 74. He was even more massive that year than all the great pics/vids we see uploaded today!

    Perfect Proportion!

  • @stealth07r1 Thats why he is the legend even to this day!

  • Yeah pro bodybuilders take steroids... but if ANYONE thinks they dont work hard or dont know what hard work is then your just and ignorant fool. These guys dedicate their life to what they do and even if everyone took steroids still only a few percentage would make it as far as these guys do. So back off and let the bodybuilders do the building and God do the judging.

  • @AndyHarglesis

I know for a fact you wouldn't be able to get 1/10 as big as any pro these days WITH steroids. Skinny emo faggot.

  • @AndyHarglesis 100% huh? how about the natural competitions? so you think that the guys that do use them are selfish, hateful pieces of shit.i would pay money to see you say that to a single one of them, right to their face. u say this shit that doesnt make sense cuz ur behind a computer screen u scrawny,tree-hugging girly man. they workout 6-8 hours a day.A DAY.i doubt u do that in a whole week.they constantly diet, only eating healthy.u r worthless.get off ur computer.ur boyfriend wants u

  • @aarontheman9196 Sad attempt at insults. :P

  • @AndyHarglesis yeah,u keep telling urself that.keep telling urself u can only look good if u use steroids&that ur being good by not using them,or having a good body.tell yourself whatever u want to keep your lazy ass on the couch.i wish i could find out ur name&give it to a few of my friends that use roids.by the way, they r some of the funniest nicest people ive met.seems like ur the selfish, hateful piece of shit.ur a worthless emo faggot.u serve no purpose.go cut urself&read ur asian cartoons.

  • I think he looks best at the 1974 guest posing.

  • Arnold Looked Better In 1975 At 225 lbs.

  • arnold was then the best bodybuilder not cos he trained the hardest or took the most drugs, or even ate the best food or knew the most about training..he simply had outstanding genetics,,especially in biceps and chest, very visually pleasing bodyparts,,his other body parts were back then easily matched or surpassed sometimes..but because of his genes he carried the best overall package..

  • I will olways condemn the use of steroids, Arnold took them for all his carreer, and the Bybass on his heart is one of many consequences.

BUT if I have to judge from mere appearance, he was the best in my memory.

  • haha i remember this song being on The Office.

  • Nice video and I am flattered that someone else likes my handle and agrees that Arnold was/is The Greatest of AL TIME!!!

  • @steroidsR4morons no one understood steroids were something bad for u back then fag they just thought is was a super supplment so try and use common sense and understand what it was like then and what the difference is now.

  • @astrongpimp steroids aren't bad for u now. u just have to know how to.

  • @astrongpimp

lol ppl knew steroids were bad for you, to say nobody knew bad then is completely naive, my father used them back in the day and although they were legal to use he still knew that they had some side effects and were bad if you took large dosages

  • @steroidsR4fantastic Fucking get a life, serious mental case faggot you are.

  • @matthewrobertsuter

alright, and you go suck arnold's cock some more.

  • @steroidsR4fantastic That the best you've got? Like really? Like shooting fish in a barrel with you retards, just too damn easy to make you look stupid.

  • @matthewrobertsuter

whatever man, all i said was people still knew they had side-effects back then, just because it was legal doesn't mean they didn't know. I'm a fan of Arnold's body but it doesn't mean i have to agree with him on EVERYTHING, which apparently you do.

Thus bringing me back to you kissing Arnold's ass at any chance you can.

  • @steroidsR4fantastic Kiss assing Arnold? Says the fag who spams like every one of his videos... yeah, by that notion, you're pretty much giving him a reach around. Who actually gives a shit about steroids? People know the risks, they take them, it's their choice, now grow up and take your self-righteous bullshit some place else.

  • @matthewrobertsuter

wtf??? you do realize my name is for steroidsr4FANTASTIC right? i'm not steroidsr4losers, which i think your confusing me with that loser.

I for legalization of ALL drugs and i agree that it is a persons choice as to whether they use them or not and i couldn't care less if someone uses steroids or not. I personally don't use steroids but i'm not some self righteous christian fag either.

lol i don't spam any bodybuilding vids, dude you got me confused with someone else...

  • @steroidsR4fantastic Yeah I know your YT name, I just thought you were that fag on a rampage, sorry man.

  • mike mentzer should have won the 1980 mr.o

  • What made him was his incredible self-image. It is clear he saw what he wanted and became that. The trick is knowing what is good, or great. Yeah, it all comes down to taste - what will win, what is wanted - a subtle combination of power, sex, and appeal to all, male and female, old and young - it's got nothing to do with gay, it has to do with salesmanship and a product that is, or in this case was wanted.

  • If this doesn't get you rock hard then your gay.

  • Just standing there at 19 outside i bet he never would of thought hed become one of the biggest movie stars who ever lived, the grandaddy of bodybuilding today and the governer of california! Hes made alot for himself with hard work no doubt! Hes showed me its achievable!

  • The first clip = best.

  • life is a highway... realllyy

  • he was Mentzer's size as a teenager

  • @Gekwu565 Arnold was smaller than Mike at 38.

  • Man you can see how Arnold lost good quad sweep between 74 and 75. He had virtually no sweep at all in 1980.

  • Arnold looked really flat in the 1980 Mr Olympia.. I once read somewhere that he only trained about two months for that contest.. It wasn`t even his intention to go into the 80 olympia, He was in heavy training trying to put on muscle mass for Conan the Barbarian and Franco Columbo suggested that he should compete in the 1980 Olympia

  • @Goldenchild795 Yea that's all true pretty much.

  • 1980 Mr. O = political b.s. He should have never won that.

  • this is kind of motivation :)

  • Amazing what he accomplished with the lack of knowledge we had back then.

  • this video it's amazing ! :)

  • He's Epic Shut Up!

  • Massive as fuck in 1974.

  • thank you so much for posting this video.

  • bigger than popeye

  • He was on some good, clean, pharmaceutical grade shit for those years and lots of it. I know guys that are loaded up on test and other shit and while they are big they don't get nearly as big as this. The only guys that are comparable are today's pro's and they all have HGH gut and look like shit, although i do kind of admire their beastliness Arnold looked like a Greek statue and not a monster.

  • come si chiama la canzone sotto??

  • name of the song ?

  • does any1 know at what age he started training? i'm guessing early teen years?

  • @green2882 People that knew him were told by him that he started at age 13 in 1960. And he decided to partake in a local competition, in the town he grew up in (Graz), at age 15. So it seems logical that he had trained for 2 years prior to entering his first show.

  • @Farshad86 sweet thanks, now i know how many years i am behind, 3.5 l0l that's a lot especially since i'm just discovering the routines that work for me and just learning proper nutrition. i'm not too late yet i hope im 17 and already have workout log, job for nutrition, and i do 2 planned hours of exercise, 5 day split. what do u think of that for being in this less than 2 years?

  • @green2882 Sound alright to me. Just a reminder: don't set a timetable for how you want to look within a certain time frame. It's really not a sound thing to do. Just remember to train with high intensity (heavy enough so you're able to get 6-8 reps). Do plenty of sets, don't be afraid to over train. If you eat plenty of food your body should adapt easily and be able to recover from each workout, especially at that age. In time you’ll discover that everything is relative.

  • You'll learn how your body feels the day after, after having done a certain combination of musclegroups or combination of exercises, number of sets, intensity in each exercise, poundages etc etc. After a couple of years you'll train by instinct without using a log. You'll understand what works best for you.

  • Initially i did anything from 8-12-14-16-18-20 set/muscle, depending on which muscles i was working. Give your body the chance to recuperate fully. Don't stay up late at night. Sleep at least 8-9 hrs. When i started out i only trained 3 days/week: Mon, Wed, Sat. And whenever i felt really sore from my previous workout, i post-pone my next workout by 1 day: Tue, Thu, Sun and so on. I grew quickly cuz i gave each muscle plenty of time to repair itself. I trained at least 3 muscles at each session.

  • As far as supplements goes, the only ones that are worth spending money on are Whey or 'Gainer' powder, Multi vitamin/minerals and Omega acids for longevity, nothing else. Drink lots of water during the day, keeps muscles optimally hydrated. Don't bother with Creatine, just salt your food every time you eat - it'll do the same thing.

Well, that's about it for now.

Good luck with your training :)

  • @Farshad86 sweet thanks for the info, been taking natural whey for a few months seen results with mediocre training, i'm training smarter now and should hopefully see even more results stuck in weight loss plateau though but once i get back from vacation i'll conquer it , thanks again

  • @Farshad86 Using large servings of salt and claiming it does the same thing as creatine is a hell of a claim. Do you have any evidence to back this up?

  • @DaveWBedford Well, whenever someone asks me of advice, i always go by experience. It's free advice, the person who asked me will either take it or leave it. Salt binds water molecules in the muscle cells, it's a process called osmosis, it tend to give more fluid retention in my muscles - increases my endurance by a few percents, helps me do a couple of extra reps. Besides you must remember that there are no garantuees that a creatine supplement will do what it promises as per the advertisement.

  • @Farshad86 Thank you for the reply. But as you have provided no support for this it seems you've made it all up. In other words, it's nonsense. On the other hand creatine supplementation has been proven to work.

  • @Dave

What an idiot/troll. Why did you bother to ask me in the first place? Get a clue, just read up on Salt. No pic, No credibility. Go ahead waste your money on creatine. When the muscle cells are saturated, that's it. The rest will turn into a waste product called creatinine which gets secreted through the kidneys - you pee out almost all of what you took. The amount that you get through food (chicken, red meat and fish) is plenty to cover the need - to cause saturation within muscle cells.

  • Do bloodwork and you'll actually understand how little uptake there is (even if you're using a top of the line-type of creatine), your creatinine levels will be way off the chart. People are clueless - ever heard of placebo effect. Unless they care to observe what's actually going on inside their bodies, and get confirmed that the creatine supplement elicits the effect as promised by the ads.

  • Majority of supplements out there are bogus, especially those that promise enhanced performance and/or test boosters - all of that is garbage. There are only a few genuine supps that actually do work, and none of them will magically add 50lbs of muscle - they're just a brick in the construction.

  • @Farshad86 I totally agree I had blood drawn a couple of years back and the doc told me I had high creatine levels I was supplement free for about a year when the blood was testing.

  • @themyth117 Exactly. Apparently this idiot has been living under a rock for 20 some years. He's the fool for making brash assumptions about my statements - "nonsense"/"load of crap", without even checking the facts. He seem completly clueless of basic bb knowledge. I just let him go, some people deserve to wallow in their own ignorance.

Sodium loading is definitely a usefull method for anyone looking to increase their muscle size - helps create an anabolic environment.

  • @Farshad86 I asked you in the first place because I wanted to know if this had been scientifically proven, and if you could give me a link (I couldn't find anything on this subject). But you couldn't, so I know it's a load of crap. Thanks again.

  • @Dave

Sry, but you seem to be an ignorant pencil-necked geek. I can't do all the searching for you. There are many links pertaining to the matter. Here's just one link, lazy ass.

But as i said, you got no pic = no credibility. Do you think that a person who's just started out with weights is gonna ask a pencil neck like you for advice OR is he gonna take my word for it, on how to build muscles. LOL! Anyways, keep taking the creatine and hope for a miracle :)

  • Copy and paste it into google:

    chemo/sodium bodybuilding

Look for the link named "Sodium - Anabolic".

  • @Farshad86 Haha! Whatever you say. I don't know what kind of pencils you have been using but i've been weight training for two decades now. Only a fool would make brash assumptions like that. You're going to get into trouble some day with that attitude old bean.

  • I lmao'd for the first 10 seconds of this video.

  • @TheGermanator1000 A nervous laugh maybe knowing that this man was so superb and out of sight physically he left the cometition for dead. They should invent another body type to describe him mesomorph just isn't enough!

  • Wow, if we get another Arnold, bodybuilding might just turn back around, maybe.

  • i'd like to see arnolds physic through the eighties as well in one of these

  • @bobdylan4evr Watch Conan the Barbarian or Predator.

  • I want to take steroids but i want to live for a long time. decisions decisions.

  • @sebass2013 Arnold have 64 years old, is few?

  • Comment removed

  • im gonna try and look like that without roids ;P

  • @cardmastad Keep dreaming.

  • @mduxburygrip i think you should read his books again

  • @mduxburygrip no fcking way. hes natural there? omg, so it is possible that i can be that big, challenge fucking accepted and continued. meaning i have always wanted to be that big but thought that you had to use steroids.

  • nicely done

  • I hate this song!!

  • Upper body completely overshadowed his legs. It looks like he never trained them. That being said any man would kill for a physique like this.

  • The man was an ape. Fantastic.

  • arnold and franco bestever bodybuilders

  • Dude I think they stole my baby photos...

  • He was a great bodybuilder and inspiration for all of us,but from todays view his legs are way too small, looks out of proportion with his huge upper body.

  • best double biceps ever

  • 2nd reel, is it just me or is his left arm much smaller than his right?

  • @Audunum that´s normal

  • Totally nude photos are available on the internet, if interested. Just google: Arnold

    Schwartzenegger nude After Dark photos.

  • Is he already on steroids @0:19 ? someone plz answer!!!!

  • @sebass2013 he was taking steroids since he was either 13 or sixteen but im pretty sure 13

  • @katie09796 Completely in-accurate information there!.

  • @benmboard so when did he start taking steroids?

  • @sebass2013 it's estimated he started around 16/17, but he started lifting weight at 15 and half.

  • @sebass2013 yes

  • nazi

  • Too bad he used steroids just like 80% of the bodybuilding industry

  • @Zantoria So what, they were legal back in the day. Also that 80% is very conservative, more like 99.5%.

  • he looks the fuckin same in all of the them

  • @fergo560 Agreed simply sensational!

  • What I read (not 100% sure) on the net was, the 2nd place of 1980 Mr Olympia/Universe (which ever it was) ended up quiting from bodybuilding after that year coz he thought he should've won the title over Arnold, no disrespect to big arnie though

  • @warntom chris dickerson who came 2nd in '80 didn't retire he placed 2nd in '81 and finally 1st in '82

  • 1973 his best shape in my opinion

  • @bolognadetector I belive he only used performance enhancing drugs when he was cutting, to minimize muscleloss.
