Ever since I've had this game I've always wondered how you get the orange and blue platforms underneath the rides instead of the simple grass mound they usually sit on along with the different park entrances and other modifications. Can anyone fill me in as to what I'm not doing?

I remember playing this game on pc back in 1994, when i was a child. This was a very great game, however, there is, in my opinion, some stuff that prevent it to be successful :

1. The game was really buggy. It seems they released it in a rush and dont had time to fix everything.

2. game play was repetitive. Once you had built one park, there was nothing to do, expect selling it and start over.. for exactly same game

3. It lacks of some kind of "scenario mode" with objectives to reach.

You should be able to stack up a bunch of emulators in OSX to get it working... but that's not any fun.... and temperamental.

This game had such insane depth to it. I never played on the hardest difficulty, but you could buy and sell stocks, or always load up your merchandise. And the later stages were hard! This game was epic.

now unfortunately most people look at the graphics first ... and in the reviews most games get bad ratings becoz of the "bad graphics" but they dont notice the gd gameplay and storyline

Eh... Every version of Theme Park I download (It's not illegal since I have the CD) seems to have this glitch... I can't get the final research technologies for each category. No corkscrew, no arcade, and no center fountain. It says the research is done... Is this normal or am I doing something wrong or what? Does anyone know?
