Can you tell me what you do eat besides squash, I noticed potatoes what kind of veggie gravy do you use. I think it would be cool if you also got to explain the veggie holiday dishes you are eating.I would like to suggest them to my husband, keep up the great work and keep saving our animal friends!

At this particular event, there was a chickpea cutlet made by Isa Chandra-Moskowitz. That recipe and more can be found in her amazing cookbook Veganomicon. Sorry, I don't recall what was in this bounty of food but I personally prefer a lot of veggies and maybe some beans or lentils. Good luck with your hubby - I'm sure he'd love some of those tasty meals in Isa's book.
