  • i want someone to explain to me how lowering the mileage to car is going to cause a fukkin accident, i hope no one pays attention to this fukkin idiots

  • so there is no any device that can really show you the real mileage?

  • thanks!

  • if this is so bad to people..how come they searched it like the rest of us..?

  • send me more info

  • Ummm its to small to even see whats going on I want to know how to do that but I don't hear sound and what are the things you need to make it work can u make another tutorial I don't know whats going on the screen.

  • I know many would do this for crime profiteering, but I'm going to do a gauge cluster swap with one reading 144,000 less than what is on my car. Unless I swap engine/trans with one(s) that have like 50-75K on them I would see no reason to change my Odometer other than to have correct readings.

  • what program you use?

  • A little advice: When you are buying a used vehicle, ask for the CarFax report. If the latest report on the CarFax says the Mileage is one value and the mileage on the odometer is lower, report it to the police. Odometer fraud is a crime in the US!

  • @zImper1um What if the odometer was replaced? You can change the miles all you want as long as you say not actual mileage when you sell it.

  • @slyhitman214 If you have ever looked at a CarFax, the report will report every time you get an oil change or repairs from a licensed place. If that number is ever lower than the last number reported, its fraud. When replacing an odometer, you must change the new number to whatever the old number was on the old odometer. You can say "not actual mileage", but good luck getting 20% of the actual value of the vehicle.

  • @zImper1um Well I do all the work on my cars... so I guess I can change the mileage to anything I want as long as it's a little higher than the mileage on the title.....Mileage hasn't been reported on this car in 10 years. Car fax isn't worth buying Imo the only way I would take one is if it was offered by the seller. Btw I have sold vehicles like this there is even a place on the title to check for non actual miles. The mileage is just for the car's body anyway not the motor and things...

  • @zImper1um Its fraud only if you sell it.

  • Hi there can you change the mileage for jet ski..

  • where to purchase this software???

  • Imagine how much money he can make with this, he can grab a car with over 500.000 miles, do a cheap paintjob, and roll back the mileage no matter if digital or analog, vacuum clean the interior and print a falsification history book of the car, he will do over 500% income. Good business, but kills the country where you live.

  • Funny this just happened to me. I bought a car with supposedly X amount of miles from a small dealer, went to the major dealership where the person before the dealer had the car to look for a part and they ran the VIN and called me to say their records did not match what I told them the mileage was. Then ran service records and of course it didn't match and then I checked the emissions center where it was done prior to me and of course didn't match. Might get most of my $ back but not all.

  • when i worked for audi years ago you could only go like in increments of like 3 miles or somethingg like that is it still the same or can you just put whatever you want

  • what is the name of the software?

  • 2001 onward VAG diesel storing mileage in ecu as well and no many people know about that but you can read real mileage from ecu.

  • @newusher

I made another interface for that, it changes mileage in engine ECU (edc15,edc16,magn.mar,me..and others ) so if someone try to read real mileage with VCDS (vag com) it will show value that you wrote with this new tool :)

  • @spaske79 Yeah but u need to be smart while u doing it as its easy to find,

I've read a lot VAG cars where I could easily say that mileage has been changed

    Not telling U how.

  • @newusher

Usually when something is too good to be true, it is. I was just telling the wife about this youtube video and I was thinking that there must be a red flag set off if the milage is changed. I don't need to know how the red flag works, I'm just glad to know there is one.

I'm pounding a MKV TDI to death, so far it has 33K miles on it in 11 months and I plan on having the car for 12-15 years, while doing as much routine maint as I can do on my own to keep costs down.

  • @spaske79 how by online shop.then its any software or tools kit

  • If the dealer refuse to give you log book number and car number than stay away from this dealer!!

  • In UK you can check this website "h**p://w**.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/OwningAVehicle/Mot/DG_10020539". No one can cheat on you if you refer to this site. its free to use. You must know the car Number and Log book registration number.

  • @expressmalta for past 5 years i live in UK and belive me or not people

rolling mileage in this country as well, mostly pakistani and iraqis whos

    running garages.

  • help abaut jetta _? can i change jetta 2008 _?

  • The mileage is generally stored in three places, they clocks, the ecu & the key. It is a bit more complicated to do a full mileage correction.

  • @rebelranter - It depends on car, some cars store it ECU and dashboard, some store it only on dashboard, some also in BSI, key and etc... but its not easy to read mileage in every place... everyone can see mileage on dashboard, but not everyone can read it from engine ECU ...you need special devices for that

  • @spaske79 whats the name of the device? or whats the name of the software

  • Perhaps the mileage is also saved in some other components in the car, not just the 1 thats showing it.

    But nice job nonetheless.

  • Looks good, I've just changed my engine and the mileage is now wrong as the engine has done half the mileage shown.

Is this software available for me to download or buy?

I'd like to adjust/ correct the mileage so it's more appropriate for the replacement engine.

  • @mpegwizzard yea but ur cars body still has done the full mileage along with all the other components...changing the mileage of a car is an punishable crime by law...espically if u plan on selling the car without properly informing the buying party...

  • OBDII port is what you use to plug in to the car.

You can actually use these, for example if you put a different engine in, you can "correct the mileage".

Tacho companys do it for lorry's

  • i was always under the impression that a car can read any milage as long as you dont sell it or keep record under false pretences.

  • Thats nice but what your doing is illegal. your not allowed to change the mileage of a car.

  • Drive ur cars in reveres it will reduce the mileage. :D lol hahaha. Try it

  • @efisaabturboauto Funny thing is they will know when they put it on a diag check as thats the only way to reset it..... Then again it probably is easy to do with shitty older cars lol....

  • Your still missing the point tho... Mess about with the milage get caught and face jail time.....

  • Back in my day, we used to use a drill to turn back the mileage on analogue odometers!

  • Nice, what kind of dongle have you used ???

  • @arif0099

Its just hardware and software for mileage correction. Its something that garages do like tuning ecu's and such.

The hardware is expensive and you need different software for different types of car.

Yes theres money in it, but theres always money in fraud. I dont expect you will make a living from people who genuinely need to replace their odometer.

  • @arif0099 oh yeah 1 sec let me send you a copy...... you scamming brown peice of shit

  • sooo?? what do i do to roll back the miles?

  • nope, its called VAG Tacho , current version is 2.6, this soft is for vw,audi, seat, skoda vehicles only

  • SWEET!!! I believe the program is called Obd 2 or something like that

  • autodijagnostika.rs

  • 90% cars in world has changed values on odometar

  • Ya cool until your the one who buys the car with a tampered odometer, well see how funny it is then!

  • id vouch for dat, good fuckin one !!

  • good job

  • homie! I liked it, hustler.

  • Thank GOD that's a CRIME in many countries. Governments should watch it closer to avoid this kind of thing, - -- WHICH can cause an accident from hiding exact miles/km at required important maintance - which may cause serious accidents.

  • nice anorak!!!!!!!! mot tests or yearly inspections would not show faults then, but the digits on your speedo may kill you,get a life!!!!

  • Thanks, I have a life. A very nice one, btw.

    ;)

  • which is why smart people take their cars to mechanics once they buy them. hence trust no one.

  • @jamual8 Absolutely.

  • @DerAdventurer whatever

  • @DerAdventurer Which will cause accidents and many innocent and precious lives. Something must be done immiediately.

  • @FrapsYou Rubbish, what do you think an MOT is for?

  • The only time id ever tamper with a cars odometer is with an old heap of crap and even then id wind it up to 999,999 miles/k's and film it clicking over 1,000,000 miles/k's and then tell everyone about how many miles/k's it's clocked up. However you people, who screw everyone else over, just to make a few dollars extra sleep at night, is beyond me.

  • I agree it's a lame idea. There is a major chance to get caught. If you regularly took your Honda to get serviced at the dealership, and regularly at some place for an oil change, there are records that might go back for possibly the life of the car. My Honda dealership here in Bellevue, Washington was able to get my Honda's maintenance record from when I lived in Colorado. I'm sure they update the national warranty database with that information.

  • roll that shit back ha ha ha!!!!

  • Most vehicles records mileage only on dashboard, some of them records also in engine ECU...So when you once change it ,its imposible to discover real milaege

  • that's about as low as you can go as far as fucking people over...

  • @Austin1199396 true that, even before the banana in the rear end

  • hope anyone who does this to fuck over people end up in jail

  • sell me the hardware and software

  • There is a special place in Hell for assholes that do this!

  • Its not just software, you'll need hardware also

  • where can i d/l this software from

  • cool
