lol quran was memorised by many at that time. they all gathered and recited word by word and booked it in the quran. also they wrote on bones leaves when it was revealed. the only book on earth that have been memorised by hundreds of millions from cover to cover. and all are the same word by word. lmao fail!!!

Muslims don't know who 'remembered' which part of the Uthmani Qu'ran, most of the people Zaid bin Thabit got the verses from (apart from the ones he missed, like the stoning verse and many others - and the many that were forgotten and thus lost by both Muhammad and his early followers) are anonymous as well. This is exactly what James White was talking about - double standards in the islamic religion. You throw stones at the Bible, yet the Uthmani Qu'ran is the most corrupted book there is

@FromIslam2Christ you're wrong, we have sound ahadith that name four companions of the prophet, of whom we shall take the qur'an, it is the same qur'an, word for word, that was revealed by Allah to prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

Jesus (peace be upon him) was never killed nor crucified and yet you are wearing and worshipping a cross, which symbolises torture and disgrace and that is what you turn your religion into.

@Lhaw06 Quite wrong. I can prove to you the Uthmani Qu'ran is corrupted in every way a book can be corrupted. I can prove to you it has:

1) A wrong chronology with its verses edited and changed around by man

2) Verses missing and lost - forgotten by both Muhammad and his companions, and missed during the recollection by Zaid bin Thabit

3) All its original documents destroyed

@Lhaw06 Let's start with Nr 1, and we can move on from there.

How does Islam start? When an angel allegedly talks to Muhammad in a cave. So naturally, this should be how the Qu'ran then starts as well if its order has been preserved as revealed. But that is not the case. The verse from this event only comes in Surah 96, in the latter half of the book! Hence it's clear the verses have been changed around by man

@Lhaw06 2) Both Muhammad and his followers repeatedly forgot verses of the Qu'ran, and as it was only in oral form for the early part of its life, a verse that was completely forgotten was hence lost forever before it could be recorded.

Muhammad: Sahih Muslim Book 4, Nr 1721 Aisha reported that the Apostle of Allah listened to the recitation of the Qur'an by a man in the mosque. Thereupon he said: May Allah have mercy upon him; be reminded me of the verse which I had been made to forget.

@Lhaw06 The followers: Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 61, Number 559: Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet said, "Why does anyone of the people say, 'I have forgotten such-and-such Verses (of the Qur'an)?' He, in fact, is caused (by Allah) to forget."

It got so bad with the followers and Muhammad forgetting verses that Muhammad had to say that they were meant to be forgotten and lost, which of course makes no sense as then they wouldn't have been revealed in the first place

@Lhaw06 Not only is the chronology changed around and verses were forgotten and lost, but during the recollection of the verses after Muhammad's death by Zaid bin Thabit, he MISSED verses that existed and that are today found nowhere in the Qu'ran.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 8 Book 82 Number 816: Narrated by Ibn Abbas

Umar said, "I am afraid that after a long time has passed, people may say, "We do not find the Verses of the Rajam (stoning to death) in the Holy Book," and consequently they may go

This is just one of the many verses Thabit missed during the recollection, that we know existed, and that is found nowhere in the Uthmani Qu'ran today.

All the original documents that CONFLICTED with Thabit's version (and there were many) were then burnt and destroyed.

The document you call the Qu'ran today is actually the Uthmani Qu'ran, a highly corrupted book with a wrong chronology, missing and lost verses, and its original documents all destroyed through burning.
