ur pretty much right. they didnt re drill that other well. they just went in and drilled ANOTHER well. that other well was prob still producing while they were drilling. or they might have shut it in maybe?
other than that ur right. they frac it soon after. thats when the location is full of big rig trucks for a couple of days.
