By the way... how did you put Japanese characters into subtitles? I can only put roman letters in subs, but not kana and kanji. It doesn't work if I try to put J-characters in subs.

i dunno...it just kind of works. Make sure you have japanese characters installed on your computer (you'll probably need your windows/Mac CD, though a lot of times I think you can just add them through your international settings, or something similar)

Btw I use DivXLand Media Subtitler to make the subtitles and VirtualDub to embed them to the video.
