Anyone who slags of BA cabin crew are just jealous! Ground Staff you do not make Ba it's the cabin crew who make or break a passengers experience, therefore they thouroughly deserve what they get paid.

Am BA ground crew. Sickened by the selfishness of air crew. They think they made the airline and are the only important people.  They are paid a good wage. Pampered and thats the trouble. The rest of us have our heads around the Credit Crunch and accepting of cuts and sacrifices. They need to get real, or the real world will meet them, at the Job Centre. I won't be scabin crew though.

I just flew BA and I am now a big fan. I have flown a lot lately and they are by far the best airline in the business. The cabin crew was actually friendly and funny and took care of us like we were in a restaurant....a far cry from other airlines that make you feel like they are doing you a favor by lettting you pay to fly with them. What an awesome airline. BA all the way.

No actually Shitish Airways has lost my luggage from a day to over a month at least 70% of the time. They even told my wife when she was flying alone they wouldn't replace her luggage because she wasn't an American citizen. I have had to argue with them many times over things that were 100% their mistake. Their customer service is a joke in the industry. The only reason I fly them is they are the most convenient rout for where I need to travel.

Hi again! I'm back from Canada and flew with BA economy isn't tht comfortable and they lost my luggage on the way there but on the way back I was upgraded to traveller plus. I would fly with them again the only thing tht let me down was the luggage lost other than tht I would fly with them again. The air hostess' are very very friendly!

No, you are wrong. The Landor livery used from 1984 to 1997, was infact white and blue.

Many models ect have however been painted in a grey-ish white colour, however this is wrong and I have no idea why it is done.
