  • this is bad luck your not suppose to film a burning.

  • This is not a cremation its a fucking Australian bar-b-que

  • thanks God i m not hindu shit ,bullshit ppl,how they cremate bodies, hve some respect wateva is dead

  • That must take ages to cremate someone. When we cremate people it takes an hour and a half in an oven at 1800*c. Think how long that way will take...

  • The figure of 80% Nepali are Hindus are from 1990's census. But as of today only 35%-45% are Hindus as Nepalese are leaving Brahmanical religion (Hindusim). The dalits are becoming Christians, while Gurungs, Sherpas, Thakalis, Tamangs are predominately Buddhist. And certainly Rai, Limbu, Magar, Hayu, Jirel, Dhimal, Sunuwar, Yakkha, Tharu are going back to their ancient faith.

watch this video ---> " KIRATISM: Prayer of Earth And Nature " and you learn the oldest religion on earth.

  • is it respectful to film a cremation?

  • @aheartwork, well said!

  • Talk to Complete Strangers about any religion

  • Hacker...I'm in your mine...Sorry...

  • yes. respect other people's cultures and religions....after all they don't eat the corpses

  • you sick cannibalistic basterd..you must be a redneck freckle back whitey

  • Don't be so sensitive It was a joke, I hate bullseye, It would definately have to be Sweet Baby Rays !!!

  • you nasty cannibal

  • how can anyone take a shania twain seriously

  • it is a command thing in hindu culture , and i the world wont b destroyed .. that is stupid commen from u THEDREADHEAD81 ... just RESPECT RELIGION OK

  • What will happen to the river if all their dead ought to be cremated near it and part of their death garb were just carelessly thrown into it???...Is there any environmentalist there???...I respect any religions in the world but I cannot stand seeing our world being destroyed...spread the world people...PEACE!!!...

  • This has been a tradition for thousands of years with no environmental impact. Worse impact is putting a body in the ground filled with formalin in a sealed casket that will eventually leak all of these chemicals into the ground. As the casket starts to disentigrate, you have metals also entering the ground and water. The American way of burial and disposition of human remains is MUCH WORSE on the environment.

  • @mortitio

Not if you get the rolls royce of coffins

No if its done right the chemicals wont leak into the ground

No creamation does since it gives you all that ash coming from the furnace and anyway Funerals are more personal

  • Boka Nepali

  • scary man.....scary

  • i love my religion . not this

  • Is this one of those Nepal tourist ad. Throw another shrimp on the Barbee.

  • I am open minded about religion but I don't condone personal attacks on any religion on any terms but I do respect peoples opinions but I don't condone personal attacks on any faiths or anyones personal beliefs ether. It saddens me that certain people you tube and other sites are becoming quite nasty even personal attacks on certain indvideruial's to some extent of of showing them doing criminal acts which have been if different newspapers all over the uk. cant people be nice to pple at all

  • yea uh huh

  • Did you actualy set there head on fire first?Respect people!!!

  • wheres the marshmallows

  • haha..u r funny..thx !

  • fuck this kind of religion they are ghoust in human face burning the human shame thousand of time

  • You're saying that God is punishing them...

Before you judge them take a look at you. You're basing judgments on a belief in god. From the outside perspective you're being as wrong as you think they are.

Before you label an entire nation make sure you know that Hinduism is significantly older than Christianity.

And I apologize if I'm being quite rude but cultural hatred is the maximum level of ignorance that humans can fall into.

  • To me all religion is crap as well. But my comment was in fact criticizing the idea of "god" punishing south asian for following their traditional rituals. That's why I mentioned the religious time line. I don't follow any religion nor have any belief in gods, but I believe that people criticize other cultures when their own culture is as absurd.

  • well spoken my friend well spoken.

  • Poverty is not the result of riligion.

  • lul, bitch

  • you go to heaven only if i shat on yer face ya puppet!

  • And operazanotaijin, you really are a fucktard. You judge people you don't even know. That's your belief not everyone else's. Keep your stupid comments to yourself dumbass.

  • looked like a blowup doll, but thats just my opinion. who the hell sets a log on TOP of a corpse? I always thought they were below so it can burn in a more effective way. seriously though, that clip looked like something out of a movie...bad direction...naughty lol

  • Many people have had burial and rot away to nothing in less than 100 years. If God will restor a rotten body on in the final days he sure as hell can restor the body turned to ash.

  • i dont think so because if they bury you ur automaticly closer to hell

  • Why don't they just pour gasoline onto the body to help accelerate the burning?

  • This is what happens to Jedi Knights when they die...

  • wtf seriously, cant you just fuck off and go shoot yourself and do the world a favor, we dont need shit like that, dick head

  • hey amazing. they are giving this mperson a taste of Hell already

  • Cremating bad for earth? Are you kidding? It's FIRE.. Ever hear of the four elements of EARTH - FIRE, wind, water, EARTH. Fire is creation as well as destruction. Forests are cremated by fires all the time, this allows for the rebirth of new trees. Do your own research, cremating is not bad for the Earth.

  • yeah but these smokin bodies are in their drinking and washing water... crocs maybe but still id rather a proper cremation.

  • Cremating in this manner is bad. Modern way not.

  • I bet your average factory produces the same amount of emissions as a cremation in about 3 seconds!

  • I saw something like this when I visited nepal

  • Why the hell is everyone so tied up in religion. We're alive, we're here, breathe, live, enjoy, die.

  • Around around the mullberry bush.

    The monkey chases the weasel.

The monkey thought 'twas all in fun.

    Woosh goes the cremation!!!

(Look how that women puts that log on the persons legs. Have nepal people not heard of a sweater?)

  • absolutely revolting!r dey out of their minds????

  • why, what's the diffrence of cremating the body in a normal cremation way or like this, still gets burned

  • i dont beleve in cremating bodies!only god is in charge of our bodies, hu da hell do we fink we r wen we decide to burn it??

  • I thought ur talkin bt somethin els, yeah ur right in a way, its ur problem nd ur baleif anyway, I'm a atheist anyway.

  • being an atheist doesnt really provide an answer to life now does it? i would suggest to u as a gud frend to luk into islam if u could, u neva no, u mite just find the rite ansa blud....

  • if your god is in charge ,why doesnt he stop

it ?IT is his will that all goes to dust

and none of you extremists can stop it.

  • you fucking chodu !!

  • wots a chodu?

  • chodu = fucker

  • i take it it r an indian chodu, dats y u bein a bitch bwt it u 4headed, 6armed, elephant and monkey worshipping piece of fuk!!fuk urself

  • one day you'll find out dat all is in his hands, fnk bwt it, if he showed you the punishments that he has in store 4 u in this world, every1 will turn to the truth and stop committing sins, dats y he lets us do wot we want in dis life and get the results for dis test in the next life...if he cud mke man from a clot of blood, do u fink its so damn hard for him to not bring dust bak to human form???and please xplain to me ow i'm an 'xtremist' as u quoted?

  • dont look like these guys have done this before.... wot they looking for? the right end to light?

  • u are very funny

  • i dont mean no disrespect, but open air cremation, isn't the odor of the deceased body being burned really acrid? i mean, a tiny bit of singed hair stinks, what about a full body?

  • yes, the smell of burning flesh is unimaginable. not to imagine the airborne ashes. But this is very ceremonial so they ignore the smell.

  • Why did he put a log (or something) on the legs of the corpse??

  • Through natural process of cremation the muscles in the body shrink with heat, and move upwards and that includes everything, until they melt.

  • @oir2504 the corpse will curl up that is why logs are placed in a body to prevent that curling up.

  • burn baby burn

  • Its Hindu, not Hindi people. Nepal is the only remaining Hindu Kingdom. Hindus, and concequently Buddhists cremate their dead and immerse the ashes in the holy Ganges river.

  • f.y.i. this is not nepal cremation ....but a typical hindu cremation.

  • Love the wife-beater t-shirts. Most respectful.

  • wife beater to you, just a t shirt to everyone else

  • I did not know that they do cremations like that in Nepal. Thank you for sharing this video.

  • Me neither, but there are many hindi people in Nepal, that´s the reason

  • @titijavi there arent many Hindi speaking people in Nepal. But over 80% is Hindu by religion though and about 10% Buddhist 3% Kirat. All cremate thier dead.

  • The way it should be done. Not like the west.

  • Entiendes ya por qué no fui a la barbacoa?, jeje

  • hiciste bien...je je
